Hello everyone. I hope you had a fantastic weekend. It’s hurricane season so here in Florida we’re a tad nervous. Orlando was in the ‘eye’ of Irma when hit. We also had four hurricanes in 2004 back to back make landfall here in Orlando and surrounding areas.
The subject this week was brought to my attention by a few emails. How do people come up with these ways to contact the devil? They need to be contacting God! If people were focused on being kind to one another instead of putting so much energy into trying to see the devil or a demon, the world would be a lot better. People need to be obsessed with Christ, be obsessed with angels, be obsessed with kindness and showing respect to your fellow man.
Contacting demons isn’t new. I knew about this back in the mid-90’s. But now YouTube has step-by-step videos with instructions on various ways to get in touch with the dark side by making a devil's toy box. Plus, instructions on how to summon demons and make your own Ouija board. This is very dangerous. There is easy access to so much danger on YouTube.
Using six mirrors all the same size is put together forming a cube and tightly seal making sure all the reflective surfaces of the mirrors are pointing inward. Once you put this together, you let it sit around a while and eventually over a period of time it's said by some that noises can eventually be heard coming from the box. This is sort of an old tactic. Not that it makes it any safer. I remember it in the early 90’s. From the box, apparently growls can be heard along with hissing. The notion is that the reflective properties facing each other creates a perpetual and focused feedback loop. Some type of energy that bounces back-and-forth off the mirrors' surface. If done properly and in alignment, can open a portal of which anything on the other side can pass through into our world and/or dimension and into the box and be heard.
The length that people will go to reach a demon or the devil is astounding.
My Ouija Board Experience
I was about 19 years old, and I knew better! My dad used to preach about those things in churches--that Ouija boards were conduits for demons to come through. I don’t know till this day what compelled me to want to do that. I knew better. I don’t have the excuse that I didn’t know what they were. So without further ado here is my story.
Three friends of mine were hanging out at his house. It was him and my girlfriend and I. I saw the Ouija board up in his closet and suggested that we use it. My friend said that was all fake he didn’t believe in it and then I found out he was just really scared as he didn’t want to do it. But being a guy he probably didn’t want to show his fear, as we were so young. The planchette only moved with my fingers on it and to prove to people I wasn’t pushing it I took my hands off of it and it flew up in the air. You don’t have to believe me. Make your own conclusions. I have no reason to lie. I’m not gaining anything from it.
I started asking various questions. Nobody else would ask. Such as ‘ are there truly demons coming from this board or can you travel through this board’. As I said I took control of the board. And it spelled out my dad’s name and even his middle name, which nobody knows. It was bringing up things in my girlfriend's past that had to do with the splitting of her parents. That was very private information that I didn’t even know. And we were best friends. It was trying to instill fear. The light started to flicker and it became extremely hot and too quiet...for a few moments. I was challenging it show itself. My friend had two Rottweilers and they were barking at hallway and we could not see anything.
Both of them started throwing up a green substance. Which according to the owner hasdnever happened before. He had his regular diet as usual. But that wasn’t the worst of it. We heard growling coming from the dark hallway and we could visually see with our own eyes a yellow-eyed shadow person who shot right out of the bedroom down the hallway through the living room and scared us half to death.
We discarded the board in a dumpster about 20 miles away after breaking it in half. After that, I had an attachment. The Lord showed my father this several hundred miles away. He was taking over a church just until the original pastor could get over his surgery. When, unbeknownst to me and my mom, he took a plane and flew back home. My dad wanted to know what was going on with me. Again, you don’t have to believe me but this is what happened.
I had protection prayed over me. A deliverance prayer for people who help others who do the type of work. I was Oppressed. Other than it messing with me big time, I didn’t have any physical marks. I put myself on their radar. I guess I was trying to be rebellious. I don’t know what compelled me and I knew better. I would see shadow demons in my apartment tormenting me and my cat I had at that time. It was just a big mess and it was very scary. They were not good beings! I’m ashamed of myself because I knew better.
Needless to say we did not go back to my friend's house that night and we all stayed the night at my friend's apartment we were so shook up.
So that is my story. I’m not proud of it, but I’m sharing it as an example. Anything you use to contact the dead, another realm, is taking a chance especially the Ouija board. And I say to the people who want to do this is it really worth the risk? Think about that.

Hello everybody. I hope you’ve enjoyed your weekend and you’re having a good Sunday. It’s definitely hot here but I don’t have to tell you guys that. I just pray that Fall gets here quickly. It’ll be nice to have it cool off a little bit here in Florida. Before we know it just in a couple of months it’ll be Halloween and the holidays again. I can’t believe it! It seems like time flies by so quick. No day is promised.
In my beliefs in my humble opinion, so many people are deceived. Now some Christians say that you can still be a Christian and practice witchcraft for the greater good, which is false. It is breaking my heart that there is this kind of evil in the churches and so called men of God and church leaders are not talking about this issue!!!!! Why?????? They really need to address this and explain the ramifications. People with the very best of intentions will inadvertently open the wrong doors. The dangers of attachment is so high. I’m not saying that people do this on purpose because they’re looking to conjure evil and do all this trouble..... of course not. Like I said I don’t believe everybody has bad intentions. But, sadly, like any religion, it can be taken too far.
It’s an oxymoron. Christian Witch. You can’t be lukewarm in Christ with one foot in and one foot out. That’s exactly what this is. The Bible forbids this type of activity. Any type of divination tools as well. And warns against all this and the consequences. It’s just not worth it. I was very much a thrill seekerchris as a teenager and I’ll never touch one of those spirit boards again after my experience. I still keep in contact with one of the people that were there that night. It was when I was 19-years old. To this day, he won’t even discuss it. He refuses to, I think, because he’s scared to do or say anything to stir that up. It really was a frightening experience. And I’ve never touched one since and I never will. Call me a chicken or crazy all you want. Not worth it to me.
I was able to speak to a Christian witch via Skype. We had a forty-minute civil conversation. Great women. And because we have the same beliefs I could biblically come at her for lack of better words. In a nice civil manner, not nasty at all. Basically, according to this Christian witch they only do good 'spells’ and are called Christian light bearers. At least her group. I brought up all the verses that are very clear about staying away from witchcraft, divination, wizards, fortunetellers, speaking to the dead, casting spells, conjuring demons, etc.
Basically it’s so new that there’s no particular rules set forth yet according to the women I interviewed. She could not answer me as to why this subject has not come up before and why are we just finding out now that Christian witches exist? Just like the paranormal field, it’s not governed. This is a very new group that has emerged. Again, I am not speaking against anybody’s religion. Like I’ve said before there’s always people that can take it too far no matter what you believe in or do not believe in. And when you start dabbling with things that you don’t know about or you think you’ve watched enough TV shows to know what you're doing and you start messing with -- you're inadvertently opening the doors that lead to darkness.
Deuteronomy 18:10: “There shall not be found among you . . . anyone who practices divination or tells fortunes or interprets omens.” First Samuel 15:13 compares rebellion to the “sin of divination.”
Leviticus 19:31
“Regard not them that have familiar spirits, seek after familiar spirits, wizards, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God.”
But the cowardly, the unbelieving, the vile, the murderers, the sexually immoral, those who practice magic arts, the idolaters and all liars—they will be consigned to the fiery lake of burning sulfur. This is the second death.”
Angel Spirit Boards
Well nothing is sacred anymore. People are buying something called an Angel Board. It’s the same thing as a Ouija board, only they are decorated with pictures of pretty angels in pastel colors. That’s the only difference. You’re not talking to angels. Anything can come through those. It’s no different than any other Ouija board or any type of device channeling the dead. It just leaves the door open for any and everything to come flooding through. And it leaves the door for any and everything to go wrong as well. Please understand I’m not trying to put fear into people. I’m just trying to inform you and to be ready when you do you mess with these type of things because there are always people that will. but the dangers are no different. Please don’t be deceived..
There’s always somebody that’s going to test it to see if it really works. Like what they see on TV/Internet. Or some think it’s a bunch of hocus-pocus so they want to prove it by doing the ritual or using the spirit board. Please expect anything to happen. It’s just prudent not to start that kind of thing to begin with. I know several people that wish they never touched one. It actually ruined their lives. It’s like I said the familiar spirits easily can come through and are quite convincing. They will mimic children or maybe somebody who died there. Worst of all, they'll prey on your emotions by claiming to be one of your loved ones.
It’s so important to always have your armor of God on. Every morning and every night suit up and pray up. The worst is yet to come in this world. And again these are just my particular beliefs and I know everybody has different beliefs and I may not agree with them but you do have the right to an opinion and your own beliefs. I’m just putting out there what’s going on in the world. There is so much you don’t see on the news. There’s so much going on that I don’t see on the news and I want to know why? Completely unrelated to this subject I’m speaking of other things that the news is conveniently not letting everybody know about. I’m thinking of writing about it so everybody is aware.

Have you ever been frustrated with the gap between your head knowledge of God and your heart experience of the Living God? Of course you have; and so have I. I can speak with such certainty because I have never met a person who was completely satisfied with their experience of God moment by moment. The Gap, as I’m calling it, is ubiquitous and in a sense will always be with us before we see God face to face. When you understand the biblical tension between the now and not yet, then so much of the bible will become intelligible. However, I think that the gap does not need to be nearly as large as it usually is for most of us. How do we overcome it?
May I ask another question: how would you define the gospel or what a Christian is? There is more than one way to answer that, but Paul never used the term ‘Christian’, and when it is used in the NT (3 Times) it is probably not a term of endearment. For Paul, by far his favorite way of referring to Christians are those who are ‘in Christ.’ About 160 times in his writings that or a similar phrase is used. That little prepositional phrase is sooooo easy to overlook when reading the bible, but once you see its significance you begin to see it almost everywhere! When Paul is addressing people in an epistle, he will often refer to them as so and so ‘in Christ.’ The church of (blank) in Christ Jesus. What is being referred to is our union with Christ. ‘In Christ’ is shorthand for the most central motif in all the bible—our union with the Triune God through Christ. We are in Christ, and Christ is in us (John 14)—and as a result, we are to abide in the Lord. It is interesting how Pauline John sounds in his gospel, or the reverse.
I actually delayed doing this segment because it is so rich, and so crucial, that I never felt that I was ready or adequate to explain it. I still don’t..but am plunging ahead. We NEED to grasp this teaching.
We live as pilgrims in a foreign land. Nevertheless, I am convinced that knowing our union with Christ is the key to substantially decreasing the size of the The Gap. Yet many Christians are ignorant of this notion of union with Christ. Union with Christ—what is that?
Satan is the great identity thief; he confuses Christians as to who they are in Christ; to close our eyes to being ‘in Christ.’ He wants us to struggle and see ourselves as ‘in me.’..which is terrible news and recipe for anxiety ridden life. Satan muddles our essential identity as people who are no longer ‘in Adam’ and are now ‘in Christ’. It answers the age old question: who am I? Identity! Being in Christ includes being forgiven of our sins but it is so much more.
To say that we are in union with Christ contains two elements: we are in Christ, and Christ indwells us. Our union is unchangeable, unalterable (cannot be increased or decreased) instantaneous and irreversible. But our abiding in Christ is what we do; it is our active communing with the Christ with whom we are in union. I am not going to exegete this text in Ephesians, but I chose it to show how prevalent this notion of ‘in Christ’ is. But being in union with Christ is like having an indissoluble umbilical cord between you and the Lord Jesus in heaven.
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places, 4 (full stop—all of our spiritual blessings find their origin in our union with Christ) even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world (union with Christ is from eternity past to eternity future), that we should be holy and blameless before him. In love 5he predestined usb for adoption to himself as sons through Jesus Christ, according to the purpose of his will, 6to the praise of his glorious grace, with which he has blessed us in the Beloved. 7In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace, 8which he lavished upon us, in all wisdom and insight 9making knownc to us the mystery of his will, according to his purpose, which he set forth in Christ 10as a plan for the fullness of time, to unite all things in him, things in heaven and things on earth.
11 In him we have obtained an inheritance, having been predestined according to the purpose of him who works all things according to the counsel of his will, 12 so that we who were the first to hope in Christ might be to the praise of his glory. 13 In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, 14 who is the guaranteed of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it,e to the praise of his glory.
11 times in 13 verses he speaks of us being’ In Christ’! This is picked almost at random because it so common that it is a phrase that one easily passes over without ever really seeing it. But for Paul it was everything! Some have said that both in the OT and NT union with Christ is the central motif. And the apostle John was so similar in his assertions to Paul, using pictures of our union, like the vine in Jn 15.
1If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. 2 Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. 3 For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. 4 When Christ who is youra life appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.(Col.3:1-4)
The first thing to note about our union with Christ is that it extends from eternity past to eternity future.
And that Christ is our very life.
The Colossian Christians were under attack. It seems that false teachers were preying on new converts, who are so susceptible. They have come to Christ and freed from occult bondage in mighty way, but as time passes they inevitably discover that this sin is still in them; bondage broken but they still wrestle with the world, the flesh and the devil. So, they are ripe for false teachers who come along and say: “Are you frustrated? Well, what Paul said is all well and good but to get fullness, you need to do x,y and z.” The key word of these false teachers seems to have been ‘fullness/pleroma’—and this seems to be a proto-gnostic type heresy. The key to false teachers was that they sought to add to Christ to bring them to fullness of spiritual reality. But in reality, in Christ is all the fullness and to be in Christ is to have all the fullness. That is why it says in Eph 1 all spiritual riches are found in Him. Same in Col.
30 And because of hime you are in Christ Jesus, who became to us wisdom from God, righteousness and sanctification and redemption, 31 so that, as it is written, “Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.” (1 Cor.1:30-31)
This is why in chapters 1 and 2 of Col. Paul stresses how all the fullness of deity dwells in Christ bodily. To be united with Him who is fullness of deity is to experience full fullness; why seek angels (as we do today as well) to round out or top off Jesus Christ, when angels are infinitely inferior to Christ—He made them! But more importantly, why look to angels and (supernatural experiences) or human traditions to make you more spiritual when you already have all you need in Christ? How many believers hop from one conference, video, experience or book to the next because they are restless—seeking some something that will add to ‘just having Jesus.’ We do not need more; what we need is to understand more fully what it is that we have already, as Paul prays in Eph 1 and 3. As I said, few Christians have even begun to plumb the depths of the meaning of our union with Christ. It is not talked about very much from pulpits, which is odd given how often it is mentioned.
What does it mean to be saved than to be united with our savior? So, the eminent theologian John Murray asserted: ‘Nothing is more central or more basic than union with Christ…it is the central truth of the whole doctrine of salvation.” The accomplishment and application of redemption is brought to our experience via our union with Christ.
Elsewhere he likens it to the hub of a bicycle wheel—all the salvation blessings flow out like spokes from this central core. We come to experience all of Christ and all He did by our union with Him. Christ came, lived, died, rose and ascended so that He might bring us into vital union with Him. He speaks of this in His High Priestly prayer in John 17.
We must not separate what Christ has done FOR us from the person of Christ who indwells us. We must not separate the benefits from the Benefactor. Union with Christ first brings us into vital union with the Person of Jesus Christ, and His death and resurrection FOR US.
1. Let us first look at our being ‘in Christ’. In Rom. 5 we are born into the world ‘in Adam’ as our representative, and when he sinned, we sinned with him. It is as if we were there with him because he was our federal head/representative. When Adam sinned, we inherited his guilt and corrupted spiritual nature which has darkened every aspect of our humanity and left us spiritually dead (Eph 2:1). Guilty and totally corrupted and darkened.There are only two kinds of people in the world: those who are still ‘in Adam,’ and thus spiritually dead and under God's wrath, and those who are ‘in Christ’ and have been regenerated and baptized with the Holy Spirit, which water baptism represents—and united with all our new Adam accomplished for us.
But being united to Christ by faith, our new representative is Jesus Christ. Everything He did He did as our representative. Now the astonishing thing is that, starting with the Incarnation, if we are in Christ, then we were with Him in all these salvation events. Since we are in Christ and He is our very life, then we can say: that we were united with Him in His incarnation; His 33 years of perfect obedience to the law and to the Father, it is as if we were living that perfect life. His righteousness is imputed to us.
And, we were crucified and died with Him (Gal, 2:20; 2 Cor 5:21; Rom. 6:1ff)
20 I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
There is a very real sense in which when Jesus hung on the cross, we were with Him. As our substitutionary penal atonement, Jesus died for our sins. ‘Huper’ is Greek word ‘for us’ and since we are united with the whole Christ then we are united with the whole of what He did. He died for us and He accomplished what He set out to do.
Next, we were with Christ when He was entombed.(Rom. 6:4) The Holy Spirit was perfectly united with the corpse of Jesus in the grave, just as Christ is united through the Holy Spirit with our dead bodies. We were raised with Him, ascended and glorified with Him, and now in some wonderfully mysterious/mystical way, our life is now hidden in heaven with Christ (Col. 3:1ff) and we reign with Him; that is eternal security. Even our dead, rotting bodies in the grave are in union with Christ because our bodies matter to God—and they will be raised incorruptible on the Last day. 1 Cor 15; 2 Cor 5. And it is as if Jesus considers Himself incomplete as long as all those whom the Father has given Him are not with Him.
And the dead in Christ will rise first (1 Thess 4) 13 But we do not want you to be uninformed, brothers, about those who are asleep, that you may not grieve as others do who have no hope. 14For since we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so, through Jesus, God will bring with him those who have fallen asleep. 15 For this we declare to you by a word from the Lord,d that we who are alive, who are left until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep. 16For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a cry of command, with the voice of an archangel, and with the sound of the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first.
Dead in Christ? What can that mean since glorified saints have never been more alive.
Paul cannot be talking about glorified souls because they are not dead—they are in Christs presence. He is referring to our bodies, which are ‘sleeping.’ What a lovely truth that even our corpses are precious to our Lord and are in Him! And at the Second Coming He will raise our bodies from the grave and make them wonderfully glorified bodies, such His own is now.
I have thought about this and the decaying bodies of believers are holy to God, so I do not think the demonic can mess with them but I do think that demons inhabit cemeteries because of the bodies of unbelievers, which are unholy. Why do so many foolish folks seek to have experiences in cemeteries? There are many sad tales of people being followed home by unclean spirits because of doing this.
These realities are so amazing Paul actually invented new words to convey our being crucified and raised with (Greek-syn)Christ. And we read in Rom 8:11 There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
We can rest in Christ and cease anxiously striving and trying to prove ourselves through our looks, actions, ministries ect. We are in union with Christ NOW, and this union is unbreakable.
Christ has so closely identified Himself with us that He asked Saul why was he persecuting Him?! To touch those ‘in Christ’ is to touch Him. This is a union of extraordinary closeness.
17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.b The old has passed away; behold, the new has come. (2 Cor.5:17)
We have a new identity in Christ. Many speak of the battle of the old man and the new man, but this is confusion. The old man (identity) is gone forever—that would be like Adam and Jesus fighting inside us!! But indwelling sin does remain. So, the new man does battle with sin, world and devil—but not with old self/man. I have heard even the finest theologians get confused on this point. With Christ, we have died to old identity and to tyranny of sin. In heaven the very presence of sin will be evacuated.
When we are baptized (as children or adults—there are good arguments for both) we are given a new name. When I was born my parents named me Mark Andrew Hunnemann, which is quite a mouthful! It became what I responded to as it represented me. It was/is my name…its me. Someone says ‘Mark Hunnemann’ I know who they are talking about.
In baptism the old name of Adam is replaced by the name of the Triune God (Jesus said baptize them in the Name….), in whose name we are baptized. Paul refers to this in Romans 6. So, our baptism and the Lord’s Supper both celebrate our union with Christ and each other. It certainly is a devilish thing that we fuss and fume over amount of water to baptize with when the focus is on being ‘immersed’ (if you will) into the new identity of being in Christ. We have placed on us the mark of our union with the Triune God. That is why Luther, when troubled, would often say to himself-“I have been baptized.” We have a new identity. So many today are on an unconscious quest to discover who they really are. But being ‘in Christ’ is our new identity. It is a glorious new identity which entails all that Jesus accomplished and the Holy Spirit applied to us.
2. Not only are we in Christ, but through the Holy Spirit, He is in us--Christ indwells us. So He not only gives us a new identity but new power to live holy lives. Union with Christ is of the most intimate nature. Christ comes into our entire beings as a homemaker (John 14) 18 “I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. 19 Yet a little while and the world will see me no more, but you will see me. Because I live, you also will live. 20 In that day you will know that I am in my Father, and you in me, and I in you. 23 Jesus answered him, “If anyone loves me, he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him (John 14)
Christ was telling His disciples that it was to their benefit that He ascend and send the Holy Spirit. The Spirit is the agent of the Trinity, so when He indwells us, then the entire Trinity indwells us. Indeed, in a lovely reality, the Triune God comes into us as a homemaker. Those of you ladies who are homemakers know what this entails and think of the dignity this homemaking of God gives to your calling, as it patterns after God’s own crowning work in us. But let us focus on God and His indwelling of us and how we not only have a new identity, but because the Trinity indwells us we have a new power. There was a massive change inside of us at regeneration and then we were united to Christ by faith and this power of the omnipotent God now indwells our feeble and frail bodies. Regardless of whether you feel His presence is not the issue—His presence is more certain than our fluctuating feelings.
What Christ did for us on the cross in defeating sin and becoming a curse for us, He now indwells us to give us the power to live in a way pleasing to God. In Col. we are then told to put off the old man and put on the new man. Some communions still have the practice of providing new and clean clothes for all those who undergo baptism. We are to become who we are in fact. The imperitives are grounded in the indicatives of our union with Christ. An indicative is a statement of fact and imperative is a command. So, before we are TOLD to be like Christ, we are filled with Christ, so that we have the power to become in practice what we are in fact.
Remember that the pattern for Christ was suffering and then glory, so we who are in union with Christ are to follow that same pattern: we shall suffer here but it shall prepare us for glory.
The beauty of union with Christ is that the guilt and power of sin are both dealt with.
“How few of us are experimentally (experientially) acquainted with this privilege of holding immediate communion with the Father in love.” So said the great Puritan, John Owen. The Trinity now has made His home in us and we are to abide in the Vine. How is this done? Union is a fact, but abiding is something that we do. It was George Mueller of Bristol England who stated that he made it his first priority of the day to get his heart happy in the Lord; which is another way of talking of abiding. I think that is a helpful way to view reading/prayer as a means of abiding. God has given us His means of grace by which we abide in Him. The temptation is always there to drift. May the Lord put a short leash on us and gently but quickly pull us back when we begin to drift away from sweet communion with Christ.

“We see that our whole salvation and all its parts are comprehended in Christ. We should therefore take care not to derive the least portion of it from anywhere else. If we seek salvation, we are taught by the very name of Jesus that it is of Him. If we seek any other gifts of the Spirit, they will be found in His anointing. If we seek strength, it lies in His dominion; if purity, in His conception; if gentleness, it appears in His birth. For by His birth He was made like us in all respects, that He might learn to feel our pain. If we seek redemption, it lies in His passion; if acquittal, in His condemnation; if remission of the curse, in His cross; if satisfaction, in His sacrifice; if purification, in His blood; if reconciliation, in His descent into hell; if mortification of the flesh, in His tomb; if newness of life, in His resurrection; if immortality, in the same; if inheritance of the Heavenly Kingdom, in His entrance into heaven; if protection, if security, if abundant supply of all blessings, in His Kingdom; if untroubled expectation of judgment, in the power given to Him to judge. In short, since rich store of every kind of good abounds in Him, let us drink our fill from this fountain, and from no other.” Institutes of Christian Religion
Our part-Abiding. What is the first thing you think of upon awakening? What must I do today?…I do..I..I…I? Instead we should ask: Lord, what shall WE do today? I have an 87 year old friend and prayer warrior who says every morning: ‘Lord, what shall we do today?” In addition to that, I frequently add: I am in union with You, please help me to abide in You as intimately as is possible this side of heaven. God desires deep intimacy with us, and abiding in Christ is the key to bridging the gap between our head knowledge and heart knowledge. 4Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. 5I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. (John 15)
I heard recently the experience of Hudson Taylor, the founder of China Inland Mission which touched countless lives. He died in 1905 but not before seeing extraordinary fruit in China. But he labored for a number of years and suffered terrible trials before he had a life altering experience of discovering union with Christ. It is not that he got something he did not have before, but as Paul prayed in Eph that we would understand more fully the extent of God’s love for us; to more fully possess our possessions, as one man put it; to know more fully what we already know. Any good pastor knows that a big part of pastoral work is patiently explaining to people what Paul was praying for in Eph 3—a deeper awareness of the depth of God’s love. One day as Taylor was laboring under immense weight, he received a letter from a friend which outlined the freedom of knowing and resting in our union with Christ and learning to abide and rest in that union. (this is not passive rest because we must fight) Learning that apart from abiding in Christ we can do nothing. Nothing! Notice the dual emphasis on us in Christ, and He in us, and then the call to ABIDE. Another word might be communion with…walking intimately with.
His son wrote a few decades later that this event was no ephemeral passing fad—his dad was forever changed, and he never seemed perturbed amidst the most stressful situations. He knew in his heart the beauty of his union with Christ—with the whole Christ and all He did. When Taylor understood the implications of being in Christ it melted his heart and he was a changed man. He saw God’s sovereignty and He released his anxieties into the arms of Him whom he was in intimate union with. He learned to abide in his union amidst the terrible tragedies he suffered.
Extravagant grace and radical discipleship are often presented as two opposite ways of pursuing the Christian life; but both are drawn together in union with Christ. While some fall prey to hyper-grace and others to heavy burden of striving for radical discipleshsip, both the beauty of grace and the call to mirror holiness are wed together in our union with Christ. Union with Christ is the key to balance in the Christian life.
But Christ is always greater than our experience of Him, and cannot be reduced to our experience.
My prayer is that by understanding our union with Christ, and the utter security that entails, that we would be forever changed as well. Our anxiety ridden striving would cease. We are accepted in the Beloved , now-we do not have to prove ourselves to God or anyone. Yes, we strive against the world, flesh and devil until we die BUT we now know how much God loves us and that the power of sin to enslave us has been broken. We view ourselves as being in Christ and united to every aspect of His saving life and death, resurrection and ascension. The immense security and sense of significance that should flow from this awareness is staggering. We have a new identity and a new power.
Apart from Christ we can do nothing but sin, but in Christ we can begin to drink deeply from the wells of Living Water. May you begin to experience a depth of communion with the Triune God that you’ve never known, and experience joy unspeakable, IN CHRIST.
Can Spiritually Starving Ourselves Lead To Danger?
Hello everyone. I hope you had a wonderful weekend and are enjoying your Sunday. Kids are back in school but the weather here in Florida sure doesn't feel like it's cooling down for fall. I'm lucky if I get to wear my light weight leather jackets and light sweaters 3 times each cold season. That is the truth.
Oh yes! In my humble opinion anyway. When we lose our close personal relationship with Christ we have less armor to protect us. Remember our battle is not against flesh and blood. We must be wise and stay sober to recognize evil and bad people. What I mean about 'bad people' is the ones you just know are no good and hurt others and just all around bad. That opens doors to the demonic because as many can see this world and many people are obsessed about learning more about demons. And even summoning them! All these movies coming out new tv shows that are just evil storylines. Or people claiming voices 'told me to do it.' This is after unspeakable crimes have been committed.
They are building more Santanic temples with after school care. Freedom of religion I get but these people do sacrifices! They don't just worship themselves as a living God. There is spirit cooking, human and animal sacrificing and much more. A lot of pedophilia is known to take place in these ceremonies on certain satanic holidays. They have women as ' Breeders' so there is no questioning of missing kids when no one knows they even existed for long. When they are no longer any good to these sickos they dismember these dear children and sell off body parts to canibals. I wish I could be fabricating but I'm not. I've seen too much in 26 years.
We need our Lord God more than ever. We need to turn to him and stay in his Word in these days of horror. But they the government keep pushing him away taking his name out of court some court rooms that use to say 'In God We Trust'. It will only get much worse from this point. This world has changed, we have way too many people wanting to know about the occult. That in of itself is opening a door. It will attract something I can assure you and possible bring friends. This is no joke ladies and gentlemen. Hold your kids tight. Don't let them roam too far. This world has gone to pot to put it politely.
Why is Satan and dark arts all of a sudden just considered so cool? Kids asking for ghost boxes and doing evp's at home, use spirit boards etc...They download the app version on devices and just because it's a phone (as I've said many times) and not a costly paid for device doesn't mean demons can't manipulate those apps. Phones have radio and recorders. Are they only able to do it to these devices? My bet is they can and do manipulate our phones. YouTube and the Internet and people will email me and ask "how to properly summon a demon Baal." But mainly ask the proper safe way to summon a demon. There is NO safe way to summon something from darkness. They only obey Satan. You can't control them. They will turn on you.
Look at the racial tensions due to that attack/riot in Charlottesville. This is to divert attention off of peace and love. He was loving and still is loving every bit of the chaos and sadness. His demons are dancing in hell! There will be a judgement no matter what God you believe in. I'd think doing bad things comes back on you at sometime or another. Karma pretty much in so many words. No race is better than another. We are equal in my God's eyes. This is awful what took place there. Let's send those families all our prayers.

Hello my para beauties! I trust you've had a wonderful weekend. A lot of this in my humble opinion of what I interpret the bible to be stating. By no means do I claim to state anything is fact. Only God knows when the 2nd coming is and what other details take place in these events.
What exactly is Armageddon? Is it a place or an event? It takes place during the Apocalypse. Who will take part in it? What does the Bible really say? Over 1,900 years ago, while exiled on an island off the Greek coast, the apostle John recorded what would happen, culminating in our time. In vision, he was taken forward in time into the “Lord’s Day” (Rev. 1:10) and was given messages regarding “...things which are, and things which shall be hereafter” (1:19).
Most of what John saw in vision was foreign to him. He had to record things in a way that could be understood. For instance, how would someone from the first century describe a helicopter gunship? What about a jet—or nuclear explosion? Jesus would have inspired him to use symbols or items familiar to him. The prophet Daniel spoke of “the TIME OF THE END.” The apostle Peter said, “there shall come in the LAST DAYS scoffers.” Paul said, “In the LAST DAYS perilous times shall come.”…some may say John wasn't in his right right mind being locked up so very long however, what if you are wrong? What then?
The Bible foretells a period of seven trumpets blown, each heralding its own terrible event. Now in my last 2 blogs I spoke of the 7 trumpets/seals. Throughout history, trumpet blasts have been used as warnings of imminent danger, such as war or another calamity (Zeph. 1:16; Jer. 4:19; Ezek. 33:2-6).
However, the seventh (or last) trumpet will announce to the world that Jesus Christ is coming to establish God’s rule on Earth. Man’s way of governance is ending. Also heralded by this final trumpet are the seven last plagues (also bowls or vials of wrath) God will use to punish a rebellious mankind. Revelation describes seven angels who “pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth” (Rev. 16:1).
When the first vial is poured out, “there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast” (vs. 2). These belong to the great, false church-state system. (More on this in a moment.)
The second plague mirrors what the Egyptians suffered before the Exodus: “The second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea” (vs. 3).
The next three plagues involve the rivers and fountains turning to blood, the sun becoming so hot it scorches people, and darkness and pain becoming unbearable. After all these plagues, men will continue to “blaspheme the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repent not of their deeds” (vs. 11).
The last generation before Jesus’ Return is so vile and corrupt that God will subject them to the worst punishment possible—and they still will not repent.
The Important Sixth Plague The sixth of the last plagues sets the stage for the final battle to resist Christ at His Return. Forces of spiritual wickedness—demons—are released to gather armies to bring about destruction and devastation on the inhabitants of Earth. Notice how these armies are able to gather: “The sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared” (Rev. 16:12).
The Euphrates River originates in Turkey and flows southeast through Syria and Iraq, finally reaching the Persian Gulf. God will cause this river to dry up, enabling, it says, the “kings of the east” to easily cross into the Holy Land. But this is just a prelude—the setting of the stage for even more significant events to come.
Apocalypse is actually the Greek Name for the word translated "Revelation" in the Bible. It is the name of the last book of the Bible. It earned its name because of its overall description of the world-changing events that occur during the timeline of this book.
Armageddon, is both a place and now referred to as an event. It is the largest battlefield on earth, where a future battle is foretold between the armies of the earth and the returning King of Glory Jesus Christ. It is said that the blood of these armies will run as deep as the reins of horses in some places, and that the fuel supplies will heat the homes of the Palestinians for 7 years. Also, the birds of the whole earth will gather to eat to their full on the flesh of the dead soldiers. Fuente(s).

This is simply my humble opinions of what I've read and studied and heard my dear father Rev Auld speak of. I am only bringing my opinion, I don't seek to debate what is rightfully mine. My opinion. Recently, I met with a mother and her teenage son for initial visit regarding demonic activity in their home. I did a cleansing a few days ago, but I’m not going to focus on that. Both parents and all four children have seen ‘paranormal activity’. In fact, the mother and son said they see apparitions and shadows every day, and all day. This has been going on for a decade. The family is falling apart and they know it is due to the demonic presence. Worst, are the focused oppressive attacks on an adolescent daughter. If what they both said is only partially true (and I’m inclined to believe them), then the girl is in trouble, all of the family needs deliverance from demonic attachments, and the house, and property need to cleansed/blessed (I cleansed the house first so that there would be minimal distractions during deliverance of family).
Even though they both know the true identity and intent of these demons, and even though it has wrecked havoc beyond calculation and in innumerable times and ways, they both shared their hesitation to meet with me this morning, and go ahead with deliverance. I gently asked why they were reticent, and their reply was instructive: as destructive as the demonic activity had become, it was their ‘normal’, and they were afraid of change. This normalization process took place over a period of years of daily exposure. Remember the saying that all change, no matter how good, can be emotionally difficult. Also, the mother expressed that she was fearful that confronting “it” would cause things to get worse…like stirring up a hornet’s nest.
It is their hesitancy to seek help, even in light of knowing the horror they have lived with, which I have been pondering lately. I call it the “Spiritual Stockholm Syndrome” (or SSS for short), obviously named after its natural counterpart, which some of you have heard of. Let us take a look at the original, and then we’ll return to discuss the spiritual side in more detail. (The following is from Wikipedia)
Stockholm syndrome is a psychological condition that causes hostages to develop sympathetic sentiments towards their captors, often sharing their opinions and acquiring romantic feelings for them as a survival strategy during captivity.[1] These feelings, resulting from a bond formed between captor and captives during intimate time spent together, are generally considered irrational in light of the danger or risk endured by the victims. Generally speaking, Stockholm syndrome consists of "strong emotional ties that develop between two persons where one person intermittently harasses, beats, threatens, abuses, or intimidates the other."[2] The FBI's Hostage Barricade Database System shows that roughly eight percent of victims show evidence of Stockholm syndrome.[3]
Formally named in 1973 when four hostages were taken during a bank robbery in Stockholm, Sweden, Stockholm syndrome is also commonly known as ‘capture bonding’.[3] The syndrome’s title was developed when the victims of the Stockholm bank robbery defended their captors after being released and would not agree to testify in court against them.[4] Stockholm syndrome’s significance arises due to the fact that it is based on irony, as captives’ sentiments for their captors are the opposite of the fear and disdain an onlooker may expect to see as a result of trauma.
There are four key components that generally lead to the development of Stockholm syndrome: a hostage’s development of positive feelings towards their captor, no previous hostage-captor relationship, a refusal by hostages to cooperate with police forces and other government authorities, and a hostage’s belief in the humanity of their captor, because When a victim believes the same values as the aggressor, they cease to be perceived as a threat.[2][3]
Symptoms and Behaviors
Victims of the formal definition of Stockholm syndrome develop “positive feelings toward their captors and sympathy for their causes and goals, and negative feelings toward the police or authorities”.[4] These symptoms often follow freed victims back into their previously ordinary lives.
Famous Instances
Stockholm Bank Robbery
In 1973, an escaped convict known as Jan Olsson forced four employees of the bank (“three women and one man”), as well as his friend, also an escaped convict, to assist him in robbing the Kreditbanken, “one of the largest banks in Stockholm, Sweden.” He held them captive for six days (from August 23 to August 28) in one of the bank’s vaults while torturing them with nooses and dynamite. When they were released, none of them would testify against either captor in court; instead they began raising money for their defense. “According to some reports, another hostage eventually married one of her captors.[4]”
As a Coping Mechanism
From a psychoanalytic lens, it can be argued that Stockholm syndrome arises strictly as a result of survival instincts. Strentz states, “the victim’s need to survive is stronger than his impulse to hate the person who has created the dilemma.” A positive emotional bond between captor and captive is a “defense mechanism of the ego under stress”.[4] These sentimental feelings are not strictly for show however. Since captors often fear that their affection will be perceived as fake, captives eventually begin to believe that their positive sentiments are genuine.
Diagnostic and Statistical Manual
This book is widely used as the "classification system for psychological disorders" by the American Psychiatric Association.[4]Stockholm Syndrome has not historically appeared in the manual, as many believe it falls under Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. The work was updated in 2012, when the fifth edition came out, and Stockholm syndrome was included under 'Disorders of Extreme Stress Not Otherwise Specified'.[4]
Loving to Survive
First published in 1994, author Dee Graham uses the Stockholm syndrome label to describe group or collective responses to trauma, rather than individual reactions. Graham focuses specifically on the impact of Stockholm syndrome on battered and abuse women as a community.[4] She claimed that in both the psychological and societal senses, women are defined by their sense of fear surrounding the threat of male violence. This constant fear drives women to perform actions that they know will be pleasing to men in order to avoid emotional, physical, or sexual assault as a result of male anger. Graham draws parallels between women and kidnapping victims in the sense that women bond to men to survive as captives bond to their captors to survive.[4](Wikipedia)
This syndrome is also known as ‘captive bonding’. Relating this to demonic oppression, as a survival strategy, people will develop strong emotional ties to their spiritual captors. The visceral desire to survive will lead many people to do things which may not seem rational to us. Take the example given above. The family knew the true identity and intent of their captors, but their survival instincts was the over-arching desire, muting all the other issues…until it got so bad they could not turn a blind eye anymore. The daughter’s horrible plight was the needle that popped the captive bonding bubble.
I can’t criticize those in this situation. Demonic oppression can cause common-sense to go out the window. The demonic influence on their minds and affections can cause them to do all sorts of irrational behavior. Remember, demons are constantly poisoning their minds with deluded thinking, and they are also bombarding their affections to cause ‘captive bonding.’ It is the focus on their affections which is at the root of SSS. Demonic oppression affects not only people’s minds but also their affections. Their affection or love for Christ is the primary target…a long walk in the wrong direction to hell is their main desire for us. But through various means, they can cause otherwise intelligent people, to loathe or fear the only thing they know deep down can save them—deliverance through Christ.
Imagine you have been suffering from all manner of demonic oppression for a decade, and they have broken you down physically, emotionally, spiritually, financially and relationally. You are utterly exhausted. You are gasping for air but you are still ‘breathing’. Can you empathize with their fear that their normal will be utterly gone? How will they breathe under a new normal, which has become emotionally foreign to them? I know someone who has lived with the paranormal all their life and it is utterly normal for them. Add to this, bad advice from trusted friends and family, or TV, and you have a recipe for disaster in the form of SSS.
"When a victim believes the same values as the aggressor, they cease to be perceived as a threat.” Even in what I call a “Happy Haunt” in which the demonic presence is either not overtly hostile or there is rarely any paranormal activity at all, the silent but deadly presence of the demonic is very real. Like spiritual radioactivity, the demons are influencing their minds and slowly causing them to adapt similar values of the demons, especially regarding Jesus. They may believe in Jesus, but which one?! Their minds may get so polluted that they are unable to discern right from wrong. A strong delusion overcomes them and they embrace or sleep with the enemy with no qualms…sometimes literally.
Or what if they believe the blue orbs that dance around in their bedroom every night are protective angels, simply because they are blue? Not only are they not alarmed at the demonic presence, but actually think that their enemy is protecting them. How profoundly sad, yet it happens frequently.
Negative energy has no ontological status, it is nothing. Or, I should say that demons give off negative energy. But it’s the demons that are the cause, and negative energy is simply a symptom or effect. Another form of SSS is allowing the entity to stay, but to sage the negative energy when it gets too high. This accomplishes nothing, except a false sense of security and health.
One of the four components mentioned above was the humanizing of their captors. Is that not precisely what many people are being told by paranormal investigators? Instead of seeing these unclean spirits as pure, inhuman evil, they tell their clients that they are living with deceased humans. Once they embrace the false notion that their captors are human, they are more apt to see harmful behavior through rose colored glasses. They may even develop pity for these lost souls who are oppressing them because they are lost souls who need help to find the light, ect.
They don’t need help, these spirits need to be expelled, and ultimately damnation. Perhaps the humanization of demons is the biggest reason for the widespread nature of Spiritual Stockholm Syndrome. Once you humanize supernatural evil, the devil has all sorts of ways of messing with your mind to keep you in bondage. That is one reason I detest the notion of earthbound spirits with such passion.
A statement worth quoting is that, “A positive emotional bond between captor and captive is a ‘defense mechanism of the ego under stress.’ I have noted that there are innumerable people who resist deliverance for all kinds of reasons, but it seems clear that most are defense mechanisms of various sorts. It usually takes a truly earth shattering event/s to awaken them from their lethal slumber…to help them see the true identity and intent of their captors, entities of pure evil out to destroy them.
Instead of turning against the police, they sometimes turn against those who give a clarion call to the true identity and intent of their captors. Since most pastors don’t know what to do nor speak of this matter, many folks are stuck for so long they’ve given up hope for any deliverance. So many people on Facebook are experiencing demonic oppression, but they either ignore or ridicule those ‘wierdos’ who are always fixating on the paranormal. But that is small price to pay when we get an email pleading for help.
Folks who have suffered chronic demonic oppression over long period of time need our tender mercy. To paraphrase one mother, “I’m scared to see change. I’m so used to having every area of life in turmoil, I’ve gotten used to it. I’m not sure I’ll know who I am or what to do if it’s not like that.’ Does that not make your heart weep? They don’t need judgment from us, but understanding and love. They need to be gently but firmly reminded to live by faith and not in fear. They need to hear over and over their authority in Christ…that as children of the Living God THEY have the authority in Jesus’ name to send demons fleeing. Many become so broken, they need outside help, and that is where exorcists/demonologists come into the picture. But we can do 100 cleansings and it won’t ‘stick’ if their thinking is not changed from fear to faith. God is perfect love…there is no fear in love…perfect love casts out fear. 1John 4:18 Leaving them with a written prayer that reminds them of their authority in Christ can be of great help. Demonic oppression leaves scars which need patience to help them change their thinking.
Consider how an addict thinks of the drug that is killing them. Most addicts cannot envision life without their drug of choice. Life seems impossible; terrifying without it…that is how strong a grip it has on their psyche. Similarly, one can get so ‘addicted’ to demonic oppression and its effects, that life without it is terrifying. Again, this calls for tenderness and patience from those who are trying to peel away the layers of the onion that comes with dealing with discovering the cause and cure of demonic oppression.
If you carefully read the section on Stockholm Syndrome, then there are other parallels one can see with SSS. For example, even if the chronically oppressed family knows their captors are demons, some folks are of the opinion that they are not as bad as the bible says. In fact, they may see them as wanting to repent and go to heaven. I’ve heard people speak of demons in this manner, but they must realize that fallen angels are irreformable…they cannot change. God did not die for them so they are utterly without hope, and they don’t want hope.
Having finished my most recent cleansing, I was struck by how deeply SSS had had a grip on this family for 10 years. It takes discernment to pick up on this, but I hope this article will help demonologists and others to realize what is going on, and may possibly assist you in understanding some of the dynamics going on in the families you are helping. The sheer desire to survive is what is driving many oppressed families. Hence, they are apt to put off deliverance for years, or some other behavior that seems irrational to us, simply because they have bonded in some form or fashion with their captors…or the environment they have created. SSS…Spiritual Stockholm Syndrome…think about it.

Somehow I guess maybe an overload on servers I don't know somehow I ended up in a red room without paying and witness witnessed this person fighting for their life and it's real because the sides are so secretive it's only word-of mouth and they use a pizza restaurant as a front. John Podesta, who I believe was the head of Hillary Clinton's campaign.....his emails were in the ones that were seized out of Hillary's computer and there's just random codes that means something but only they know the meaning the person who is receiving it and sending it. Nobody will speak up about the emails referring to two underage kids like 9 or 7. Why isn't anybody being held accountable asking just who these boys that are here for your viewing pleasure?? Just stick to the regular Internet and also on some of the international news shows give updates on it and even they said it was enough to give them nightmares and it was just so morbid and unbelievably diabolical that they just couldn't stomach it they had to take a break from reading so much of these incriminating my nails and trying to link the people together. I don't think Hillary is a part of this. It's so much bigger than her and it's probably too dangerous for her to open her mouth so unfortunately along with others she's having to turn a blind eye I just can't for the life of me understand why nobody is held accountable much less even asked why they referred to these underage kids as their "viewing pleasure."
There's satanic cults that recruit people take requests if you want to order something to sacrifice they can provide it. There's nothing you can't get on here....you can order a hit out on somebody! And it's in complete privacy you never see who you're buying from and they never see you. But so far no one will even look into it, it seems like they won't even question that email talking about the two boys for "our viewing pleasure disgusting..." I guess they're going to pretend we don't know about it and that we will eventually forget but I hate to break it to them people aren't going to forget this. It could be their child in danger next time not to mention they owe us a explanation. God help us.
The title, The Great Evangelical Disaster, is borrowed from a book by Francis Schaeffer...my favorite author. I just finished reading it, and it is the most profound book I have read in a long time. To clarify, an evangelical is a bible believing Christian...specifically, they believe that the bible is without error, including where it touches on matters relating to science and history. In that sense of the word, then I am an evangelical....perhaps you are too.There is a disaster occurring right now in the Body of Christ...a horrible disaster. We are discussing this so that the question of ghosts is set in its proper historical context.
We noted that about 80 years ago there remained a Christian consensus in America. That does not mean that America was a Christian nation, or God's chosen nation, or that it was a golden era...it was none of these, and never has been. In fact, there were three area where Christians did an exceptionally lousy job: in the area of race relations, the compassionate making and using of wealth (unjust treatment of employees and idolatrous love of money), and the concept and practice of manifest destiny. With some exceptions, the church largely followed the world's lead in these three areas, instead of confronting these evils..
Having stated those qualifications, the American ethos was substantially Christian, and this brought in its wake much beauty and productivity--all across the spectrum of human life. Biblical knowledge was widespread, even amongst non-Christians. Because of this Christian consensus, there was an adequate foundation for meaning and morals.The real existence of the infinite-personal God meant that truth was truth. The source of truth was the unchanging character of God, and found in His loving communication with us--the bible.This held the nation together like supernatural super-glue..And we were blessed...
In the span of 80 years or so, the Christian consensus was lost. Perhaps the best way to illustrate this is in the radical shift in how we view truth. Before the shift, the basic law of non-contradiction was understood by virtually everyone.That simply means that something can't exist and not exist at the same time. The cow is either standing in the field or it's not. Jesus either bodily rose from the dead or He didn't. To say that He rose from the dead and that He didn't rise from the dead at the same time is a flat out contradiction. Right? .....Right?! As recently as 80 years ago, the answer from the average Joe would be, "of course you're right!"
I say this with tears, but in 2016 the answer would be "wrong"...at least amongst those affected by the anti-Christian consensus--which would be the vast majority of people.. In this short span of time almost everything distinctively Christian has been lost in our culture. Our quest for autonomous freedom (freedom from the restraints of God and His morality) has come at a steep price...we have become irrationalized. In his book The Closing of the American Mind., Professor Allen Bloom states that he knows one thing is certain of 99% of his incoming students--they are subjective relativists. Truth is no longer objective (rooted in God's unchanging holy character) but has become mere opinion, which changes from individual to individual. "Jesus rose from the dead may be your truth, but my truth is that Jesus did not rise from the dead. He was just a good man.." That is how we think, and it should make us weep. Basic logic is dead...beaten to death by demonic autonomous freedom.
The ethos or consensus of America today is anti-Christian and irrational. If you reject the God of truth, then the truth of God dies. The diabolical dust of death has settled upon our beloved country. Do you grasp the radical nature of this shift in our concept of truth? Man as man is dead, truth as truth is dead, meaning and morals are dead. Everything is now mere opinion, and if that is the case, then who can find fault with Hitler? Do you see the horror of great darkness in which we live?
I spoke with a woman tonight who lives in the southwest. On two occasions I have also talked to the demon/s that have possessed her, as they took over in mid-sentence. (please don't you ever do that....I did it, not because I am a special person,, but because I have a special calling to this field) I have several irrational, texts from her possessing demon/s stored in my cell phone. Tonight she asked me why all of her mirrors are breaking when she looks into them.I could multiply such horrible encounters that I have faced in last few years This is for real.
Once we rejected the truth of God as a nation, then two things happened (there are more): overt demonic activity has increased, and demonic irrationalism has gripped us by the throat.Do you really believe we are in spiritual warfare? Satan walks upon the Earth seeking ways to bend, twist, and demonize culture. A favorite tactic is the destruction of truth.I have never said this before publicly (I don't think), but this may be the beginning of the end.
What brought us to this point in a mere 80 years? Evangelicals did not confront the crucial issues of the day which were attacking our country like an army of suicide bombers. I quote Schaeffer, "Obedience to God's Word is the watershed. And the failure of the evangelical world to take a clear and distinctively biblical stand on the crucial issues of the day can only be seen as a failure to live under the full authority of God's Word in the full spectrum of life." The church is the guardian of culture, because Christ is King. When the guardian is silent, then society crumbles. That is what happened to cause the loss of a Christian consensus, and this disaster continues today.
What he is talking about is confrontation. Truth demands confrontation with error and evil. Yes, loving confrontation, but confrontation nonetheless. Satan never attacks on just one front; there are several crucial issues that Christian leaders are hesitant to be vocal about. Schaeffer also wrote A Christian Manifesto, where he quotes from a document written by myself and two other young seminarians at the time.
While at Covenant Seminary in St. Louis, I had a passion to confront the abortion issue. So, we held an orderly rally at an abortion clinic, and promptly got arrested. The three of us felt the need to write something to explain to the seminary community (especially the president) why we did what did. An acquaintance of mine, who knew Dr Schaeffer well, told us that Schaefffer was excited about what we had done. That made me feel humble and happy. So, he got a copy of our very brief biblical defense of our actions and quoted it.
There are several crucial issues evangelicals are accommodating to the world spirit merely by not confronting them. Not forcefully and publicly confronting them has the same net result as actually believing in the evil or error...the outcome is the same...This is rampant. It is in this context of sinful accomodation and not lovingly confronting evil and error, in which the topic of ghosts is being ignored and dismissed by almost all evangelical pastors and leaders. Hopefully, by now you don't need endless arguments to convince you that the notion of ghosts is is very significant and must be confronted. May the Lord raise up an army of rebels with a righteous cause.

Hello everyone. I hope you had a great weekend and everyone you love is healthy. Here in Florida it's been nothing but bad storms knocking out power!! Lol. No internet or lights and we pray all the new groceries don't go bad. Blah. But I'm thankful for no hurricanes so far. I'll take thunderstorms over a hurricane any day of the week. I hope everyone else didn't have to much trouble and no one was hurt.
Well, there's no easy way to say it so here it goes.....This is a warning due to very disturbing events I'm about to describe of an ex Crystal Meth addict I interviewed. She told me in detail and has allowed me to share it. Names obviously are kept private. This is going to be so disturbing. So unimaginable but I must share. My first blog Demons and Meth? A Door to Darkness... about this topic is still getting comments and testimonies. Meth and Demons Part Two was written earlier this year. Feel free to read over the testimonies in the first blog. It only verified what I thought for years but was not taken seriously. "Any drug makes people see things." That's exactly what the enemy would LOVE. Use a drug to drag souls to hell.

One of the first things she said to me was that these images don't disappear when the drug does. Even if it's been two weeks later, things will pop up and it's not because it was somebody who used for so many years. This was a person who just made the poor decision to do it when it was around so it doesn't matter how long or how little time somebody has been using crystal meth. Everybody claims the same thing. Dark shadows chasing her, imps everywhere laughing and harassing her. Let me explain what "imps" are. They're thought to be evil. Small little demons. Explaining what they are will help readers understand better. It has been said they are associated with hell and fire, being a real threat for humanity because it's really a small demon in many people's opinions. But we all know it's subjective. They came from Mythology. It is said these little guys find lots of fun in terrorizing people. It's been said they are just mischievous--not evil. It's also been said Imps feed off our energies and fear. So I'm not surprised my friend described them sitting on the lamp shade, or on the windowsill and they were always around.
Shadow Man
Now this is when it gets pretty bad. A lot of people could call it sleep paralysis and I would agree with that as a possibility but it's also a possibility she was experiencing demonic visitation as I call it. She was attacked and raped by some unseen forces and the shadow man. It was pleasant for her. This is how they held that grip on her. She thought maybe it was a friendly spirit attempting to make her feel better. The mind is the devil's playground. If you keep allowing something to do that it's received legal rights to you and that's not a good thing. She claimed everywhere she went it was somewhere close by. She was having insomnia and was scared to go to sleep because she felt the most vulnerable sleeping. I went to high school with her and she's not into the paranormal at all. Even she unknowingly verified what I've always said, that we are vulnerable at that time. I feel a stronghold took place and they can be dealt with but it takes the right person. Not armchair Exorcists or Demonologists. Or the phonies claiming they have been at this "for many years," but can't provide any proof. Another subject for another time. This went on for months. Her health went downhill fast.
What is a stronghold?
A stronghold is thought to be a few different things depending on your belief system. One that is common is a thinking pattern based on lies and deception. Lies put into our mind, like planting a seed. The mind is one of the primary weapons of the enemy, because it then allows strongholds to take place. A demonic stronghold is anything powerful enough to keep you in constant bondage so you don't receive God’s grace and peace. They cause us to think in ways which block us from receiving God's favor and love for us. When your view of God has been tainted with a sudden lack in faith can be the work of a stronghold taking place. God wants us to be be happy and have peace. The enemy wants us miserable and tormented. It's why fallen angels are assigned to attack us and attempt to ruin our lives in any manner possible. They want your soul.
She was kept in bondage to the drug, so of course that's a sign to the enemy she is weakening and sooner or later he can run her down easily out of her belief in Christ. What scared her the most was her trip to hell as she called it. While being fully awake and sober, it had been a couple of days since using as it was more of a weekend thing. She got up to go to the bathroom and as she walked down the hallway, she said "it just wasn't my house." A dark presence walked her down the dark hallway into a place that had to be hell. She said as she was being guided through these different mazes. All around her, people were literally being dragged to hell. People screaming and dying the worst deaths possible by a group of creatures with huge claws and long sharp teeth...People were begging for help but she couldn't do anything for them. They were being tortured burned to death JUST TO WAKE UP and die all over again in different gut wrenching ways. Skin melting off them so they were nothing but bones. Once they were living human beings just like us, now they were ghastly remnants of bones. They begged for her help as they knew they would relive that terrible death over and over without end. I'm sorry this is so violent but it must be shared. Even this victim said that. What is it about this drug? What don't the others do this to this degree? Is it really The Devil's Drug?
Demonic manipulation is something you don't hear much about. It is enticement to do things you would not ordinarily do. Things that are not indicative of said person's usual behavior. Demonic manipulation can also be defined as: the capture of one’s reasoning ability, forcing it to conform to the wishes of the manipulator.In other words, if somebody wanted you to reason in a particular way, he could put a spell on you, thereby manipulating your reasoning ability in order to achieve his goal. The problem with demonic manipulation is that when the enemy makes you want something, you will want it so desperately that all other considerations become secondary.
I just had to share one of the testimonies I was able to hear in person with someone who went through this. She said only God could save her and He did. She wasn't even sure what she believed in until now. They flee when Priests use the WORD OF GOD against them. But they will know if you have any fear or lack of faith to stand firm and cast them out so you seek professional help. Do not try anything on your own. Pray protection prayers every morning and before bed. Ask for God's favor and protection.

It's really tough and just so sad. I'm furious about these attacks! We are in a war already if you think about it. God help us all.
These things fear God and tremble in the presence of Christ. I don't fear much in the spiritual world or realm because my faith is in Jesus Christ is strong and I know how everything ends already but again this is just me. It's very subjective to different people and different beliefs. I feel these vile evil things know their time is limited and there are rules. They can only do so much to us because there is free will however, they still only have limited access. They know this too. They know the bible and how it all ends better than we do.
Legal Rights.
People at times inadvertently open doors and there are many who know the risks but does it anyway. This gives a demon "legal rights"to come through to the user or users. It slowly draws you in. The first Exorcist movie was based on a true story. When the aunt died the little boy kept communicating via Ouija and became almost obsessed with it. He used the board with his aunt many times before she passed.
Ouija Boards create danger in my humble opinion. I have witnessed awful consequence
people have to bare from playing around with these. In my opinion they are nothing more than possible portals to the demonic. Christ warns us about this.."Beware Of The Familiar Spirit." Our friends and loved ones are mimicked by demonic entities in a effort to trick us into offering help or becoming highly involved in keeping the communication going. This eventually allows them legal ground into our life.
Did you know 7 million Ouija boards were sold in the last 10 years? I thought that was note worthy. Also it really shows the high interest in the occult and other alike. That is a lot of people owning a possible portal.
These dark forces are always at work. They never stop. They cause humans to have emotional trauma. The most common are:
Emotional pain, depression, low energy levels, constant fatigue, suicidal thoughts and/or attempts, drug and/or alcohol addictions, unhealthy addictions, overeating, hearing voices in the mind, strange or weird thoughts that don't seem your own, being directed by an inner voice, most mental illness, mental or emotional instability, poor concentration, mood swings, multiple personalities, confusion, deep anger/aggressiveness, nightmares or any negative/terrifying dreams/day dreams, sleep paralysis, anxiety, paranoia, constant negative or fear based thoughts and/or emotions, waking up tired after a full night's rest, criminal and/or violent behaviors, sexual abuse, mental noise (unclear thinking), dark thoughts and impulses, unexplained physical pain or problems without any known cause, constantly sabotaging yourself or others, negative beliefs, religious fanaticism, abusing or attacking others either emotionally, physically etc., energy stealing among people, limited/lower consciousness, feelings of giving everything up, feeling your life is being controlled by something outside of yourself, constantly trying to control or have power over others, loss of your purpose/path in life, loss of your power/soul and so much more.
Spiritual obsession is a stage not many speak about or agree with. The evil spirit doesn’t possess your body like many believe but it influences your thoughts in a very nasty fashion. For example: irrational, self-destructive impulses that come from nowhere. Where did that thought come from? Why? It made no sense. If we reject these thoughts, they go away. But if we dwell on them…the negativity will linger, fester and become ingrained as our own.
In Luke 10:19 Christ told us we have authority in Jesus name to cast out evil.?You must have all your faith and be called by God to deal with certain situations. But you can protect yourself. Speak firm with authority and have no fear. Fear is not of God. The bible speaks of that I think. He doesn't torment our thoughts like demons and Satan do. Evil is what torments us. They know every sin you have made. But when we truly repent we are forgiven. They want you to feel so low about yourself, inflict health issues many believe, keep you depressed etc...But you can protect yourself and family by speaking out against it in Jesus name. Demand anything to flee as you're a child of the most high God. These are just my beliefs, I respect all beliefs and different opinions.
As I've pointed out in many blogs that our mind is the devils playground. It's his major tool and weapon to utilize as a way to torment us. Even so far as to cause people to commit suicide. One of the biggest door openers to attract demonic spirits is the spirit of fear. This spirit can take on many forms, but its intentions are clear, no matter what kind of spirit of fear it may be, It intends to keep you from living a joyful, peaceful, spirit filled life where you give to others. It will keep you awake with nightmares. It will keep you in bondage unable to overcome past emotional and physical wounds. For example, the fear of throwing something away, it could be anything from collectibles, clothes or simply trash. These people have been labeled “hoarders”. You have to understand for them tossing away even trash is deeply traumatic and overwhelmingly scary for them. I feel this often comes from a major trauma, most often the loss of a loved one, but it could be any trauma that can bring this particular spirit of fear into a persons life.
Satan is the master of the mind and that's the first thing he and his demons attack, you're mind. They can manipulate thinking patterns by taking something minor put it in your head creating a Sandcastle out of a piece of sand. Fear is not of God. Many people who have an unhealthy fears need to know this. Don't let the enemy rob you of happiness and peace. No one has to be perfect and without sin in order to love Jesus Christ and follow his teachings. I'd be a liar if I even began to say I sin very little or I'm sin free. There's nothing in the bible that stipulates a sinner can't love and choose to worship God and move past mistakes and repent then move forward. That doesn't make someone a fraud. If one says otherwise, Christ died on the Cross Of Calvary for nothing then. Easter is all for nothing. I do feel people in leadership need to really pay more attention to their actions but no one is without sin or never makes mistakes or poor choices in life. Don't let this lie make you feel God won't love you or you are not allowed to worship and love him.
One way Satan gains control of the mind is when we place our trust in what many Christians mistakenly call the Holy Spirit. What I mean is "God told me to do this. . ." However, what God told them to do is completely contrary to God’s word. Jesus said in John 8:47 "He who is of God hears the words of God." God never, ever, ever leads us contrary to the Word of God. So when we receive anything we think is the Holy Spirit, the first question we must ask is "Does God’s word agree with what I believe is the Holy Spirit speaking to me?" Paul wrote in 2 Corinthians 11:14 "And no wonder for Satan transforms himself into an angel of light."
Isaiah 41:10 Fear not, for I am with you. I believe God works gently with us to bring us out of bondage and into liberty. If you've been afraid of something and desire to be free, the time will eventually come when you'll have to face your fear and not run away from it. Just take Jesus' hand, acknowledge that He is with you, and do it. If you're afraid of people with authority, the time will come when you'll have to confront an authority figure and not cower in fear. God will have arranged the time. He'll be there, but you'll have to choose whether to go through or run away.

If you're at one of these crossroads in your life, let me encourage you to go forward. Don't stand still in terror, but take His hand and go forward. Remember, fear torments and God wants to deliver you from all of your fears. Perfect love casts out fear. Remember this my friends. God does not being you torment, only the enemy.
1 John 4:1-3 - Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God, and every spirit that does not confess Jesus is not from God. This is the spirit of the antichrist, which you heard was coming and now is in the world already.
If you feel the Devil is attacking you with fears, worries, anxiety etc., you can pray in the Name of Jesus and resist and overcome him!--Jesus said, "Behold, I give you power over all the power of the Enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you."-Luke 10:19. This power is YOURS if you believe His Word, claim His promises and pray in the Name of Jesus! In fact, if you are filled with faith and His Holy Spirit, you have the authority to resist the Devil directly, just like Jesus and His early disciples did.
