The Bible as a Reliable Source for the Workings of the Supernatural - Part 1

Before there was the written word on papyrus, the scriptures were handed down by oral tradition. No other document has as many pieces surviving to back up the authenticity of the documents that comprise the early books of the modern Bible. Literally thousands. Homer’s Iliad in contrast, has only five surviving copies, yet no one doubts its origins or validity. But we have thousands of an earlier document, yet many try to cast doubt on its veracity. Why is that?

Because if it’s true, the implications of there being a supernatural world of which the earth is but a shadow, and that there is indeed a ruler of that universe, has implications of how we should live in this one.

No other source has had all of its prophecies come true, only the Bible.

Even non-believers in the Bible as the inspired word of God, turn to it for use in dealing with the supernatural. The creatures of the invisible world are mentioned over four hundred times, along with numerous examples of how Jesus dealt with that realm.

The Bible talks about how God exists outside of time, time was created by God, and that the Bible explores numerous other philosophical/scientific theories, which have been proven true by the scientific community. This is scary stuff to people who don’t want to acknowledge there is a God or an unseen universe outside the one we know.

When you meet someone who is truly evil, there is no doubt that forces beyond what we can see, exist. (Like electricity or time.)

There is no other book that explains the known with such accuracy. This is why believers and non-believers turn to the Bible when dealing with supernatural, and why you should too.

The haters, fakers and the paranormal bullies took a big blow to their chins and ego this past week as their much-loved website eyeontheparanormal.com was removed. I wish to thank everyone who helped. GOD [who makes everything possible], my band of ragtag fighters at the real Eye on the Paranormal, and my legal team who are now preparing legal filings to go after the owners of the site for damages.

Kiddie Porn is Alive & Well in the Paranormal "Industry"

About a year ago, Ron Tebo and me, along with others, were trying to protect kids from predators on the A&E Psychic Kids Facebook page. [You know that fake show with fake psychics looking to make money off the backs of kids]. We warned everyone about people in the psychic and paranormal world with ties to kiddie porn and possible pedophiles. We were mocked, but…who has egg on their face now? [I give credit to Shannon Sylvia for breaking the story].

Paranormal  Boobs Caught Showing Their Caveman Ways…Rate Women of the Paranormal Based on Bra Size

To be honest, I listen to very little paranormal talk radio anymore. If I mentioned who I listen to, they'd get tons of hate mail.[There are show hosts who would love to have me on but that growing herd of fake para-celebs tell them they won't do a show I'm featured on. Or the network owners inform them that their show would get the boot if they invite me on]. But with the amount of work I do it leaves me little time to relax.

That's the reason I was shocked when I received several emails with people complaining about what took place on the Dead Air Paranormal Radio Show on April 26. Listeners were invited to call in and hang out in a chat room to nominate woman of the paranormal in what was an internet beauty show.

It seems most of the links to the ladies photos have been removed as the army of the ladies of the paranormal really started to complain.

I'm not here to judge anyone as it's their show. [I was even on the Sunday evening edition a while back]. But I have issues with what was done from the side of the women's safety and the integrity of the field.

We have sickos in the world. Turn on any newscast and more often or not, you'll hear reports of women missing: Old, young, rich, poor, white, black, brown. They are somebody's love, somebody's mom, somebody's daughter. There's a war on women going on, whether it's a sense of male entitlement or the ever-growing porn addiction that's sweeping the internet.

What kind of background checks do most paranormal groups do? What form of background checks are done concerning ghost hunts for profit that are held at night? At remote locations? When we make female paranormal investigators sex objects, what kind of ideas do we plant in people's heads?

It increases the stereotypes when it comes to the media. Look at the group Paranormal Hot Squad. Is that how we think paranormal investigators are supposed to look? What does it say to females who'd like a shot at a paranormal reality show? We have overweight men on the shows. We have bald[ing] men on the shows. But you don't see any overweight female investigators on a show. [Sadly, I have it on good authority from people actually on the set that a few women featured on paranormal reality shows had to sleep their way onto the team and show]. So is this behavior we should expect as a way women should make it? I doubt if you'd want your daughter to make that choice.

Lastly, it was referenced by one of the show's hosts to one of the  woman mentioned in the list that it was great for her to have good looks as it helped her move up through the ranks in the paranormal industry.

NEWSFLASH! The paranormal is not an industry! It's been made an industry by those who seek to make money from it. The paranormal is a field of study of the unknown - plain and simple. Now if you want to talk about a paranormal entertainment industry that would be fine. Conventions and overnight ghost hunts/lockdowns are for entertainment purposes. They shouldn't be done for serious research nor in any form does it help anyone outside of the fake para-celebs that seem to run everything now. As the term Paranormal Industry gets tossed about, more people see how they make money and at the same time scam the public. So they adapt their traits and do it the same way – so they can make money.

Men are men, women are women, we are the same no matter if ones looks stop traffic or cause people to run down the street in fright. We all have the same value and need to be respected.

Just Because You Call Yourself A: Preacher/Teacher/Demonologist/Exorcist—Doesn’t Make You One!

For some time I've watched the paranormal field claim that they are now the leading experts when it comes to demons. Why? Because in many ways the Christian church has left behind the Great Commission to preach the word, heal the sick, raise the dead, and cast out demons. In exchange, it has embraced the new age movement of a false gospel of prosperity, political involvement, and fear that if they stand in God's word they'll lose ratings and be called old fashioned.

There are too many fake demon hunters, doctors, chasers, stalkers, etc. running loose. Even some pastors and priests embrace teaching and techniques that have no basis in scripture. Anything goes as some of those "paranormal industry types" are teaching that you can be an atheist and cast out demons.

Within the realm of demonology, there is always a chance that an ego can run wild and get addicted to the sense of power and privilege. Cults of personality begin to pop up. How can you tell if it's a cult? Look for certain signs:

Zealous and unquestioning commitment to its leader, alive or dead.

Treating his/her belief system, ideology, and practices as the absolute Truth and law.

Questioning, doubt, and dissent are not tolerated.

The leadership prescribes, often in great detail, how members should think, act, and feel.

The group takes on an “us vs. them” mentality, where you’re “either with us or against us.”

The group claims an exalted, special status for itself and its leader and may believe that they’re on a special mission to save humanity.

Buddhism and Democracy – Part 1

1. For thousands of years people have been led to believe that only an authoritarian organization employing rigid disciplinary methods could govern human society. However, because people have an innate desire for freedom, the forces of liberty and oppression have been in continuous conflict throughout history. Today, it is clear which is winning. The emergence of peoples' power movements, overthrowing dictatorships of left and right, has shown indisputably that the human race can neither tolerate nor function properly under tyranny.

2. Although none of our Buddhist societies developed anything like democracy in their systems of government, I personally have great admiration for secular democracy. When Tibet was still free, we cultivated our natural isolation, mistakenly thinking that we could prolong our peace and security that way. Consequently, we paid little attention to the changes taking place in the world outside. We hardly noticed when India, one of our closest neighbours, having peacefully won her independence, became the largest democracy in the world. Later, we learned the hard way that in the international arena, as well as at home, freedom is something to be shared and enjoyed in the company of others, not kept to yourself.

3. Although the Tibetans outside Tibet have been reduced to the status of refugees, we have the freedom to exercise our rights. Our brothers and sisters in Tibet, despite being in their own country do not even have the right to life. Therefore, those of us in exile have had a responsibility to contemplate and plan for a future Tibet. Over the years, therefore, we have tried through various means to achieve a model of true democracy. The familiarity of all Tibetan exiles with the word 'democracy' shows this.

4. I have long looked forward to the time when we could devise a political system, suited both to our traditions and to the demands of the modern world. A democracy that has nonviolence and peace at its roots. We have recently embarked on changes that will further democratize and strengthen our administration in exile. For many reasons, I have decided that I will not be the head of, or play any role in the government when Tibet becomes independent. The future head of the Tibetan Government must be someone popularly elected by the people. There are many advantages to such a step and it will enable us to become a true and complete democracy. I hope that these moves will allow the people of Tibet to have a clear say in determining the future of their country.

5. Our democratization has reached out to Tibetans all over the world. I believe that future generations will consider these changes among the most important achievements of our experience in exile. Just as the introduction of Buddhism to Tibet cemented our nation, I am confident that the democratization of our society will add to the vitality of the Tibetan people and enable our decision-making institutions to reflect their heartfelt needs and aspirations.

6. The idea that people can live together freely as individuals, equal in principle and therefore responsible for each other, essentially agrees with the Buddhist disposition. As Buddhists, we Tibetans revere human life as the most precious gift and regard the Buddha's philosophy and teaching as a path to the highest kind of freedom. A goal to be attained by men and women alike.

7. The Buddha saw that life's very purpose is happiness. He also saw that while ignorance binds beings in endless frustration and suffering, wisdom is liberating. Modern democracy is based on the principle that all human beings are essentially equal, that each of us has an equal right to life, liberty, and happiness. Buddhism too recognises that human beings are entitled to dignity, that all members of the human family have an equal and inalienable right to liberty, not just in terms of political freedom, but also at the fundamental level of freedom from fear and want. Irrespective of whether we are rich or poor, educated or uneducated, belonging to one nation or another, to one religion or another, adhering to this ideology or that, each of us is just a human being like everyone else. Not only do we all desire happiness and seek to avoid suffering, but each of us has an equal right to pursue these goals.

8. The institution the Buddha established was the Sangha or monastic community, which functioned on largely democratic lines. Within this fraternity, individuals were equal, whatever their social class or caste origins. The only slight difference in status depended on seniority of ordination. Individual freedom, exemplified by liberation or enlightenment, was the primary focus of the entire community and was achieved by cultivating the mind in meditation. Nevertheless, day to day relations were conducted on the basis of generosity, consideration, and gentleness towards others.  By pursuing the homeless life, monks detached themselves from the concerns of property. However, they did not live in total isolation. Their custom of begging for alms only served to strengthen their awareness of their dependence on other people. Within the community decisions were taken by vote and differences were settled by consensus. Thus, the Sangha served as a model for social equality, sharing of resources and democratic process.

9. Buddhism is essentially a practical doctrine. In addressing the fundamental problem of human suffering, it does not insist on a single solution. Recognising that human beings differ widely in their needs, dispositions and abilities, it acknowledges that the paths to peace and happiness are many. As a spiritual community its cohesion has sprung from a unifying sense of brotherhood and sisterhood. Without any apparent centralized  authority Buddhism has endured for more than two thousand five hundred years. It has flourished in a diversity of forms, while repeatedly renewing, through study and practice, its roots in the teachings of the Buddha. This kind of pluralistic approach, in which individuals themselves are responsible, is very much in accord with a democratic outlook.

10. We all desire freedom, but what distinguishes human beings is their intelligence. As free human beings we can use our unique intelligence to try to understand ourselves and our world. The Buddha made it clear that his followers were not to take even what he said at face value, but were to examine and test it as a goldsmith tests the quality of gold. But if we are prevented from using our discrimination and creativity, we lose one of the basic characteristics of a human being. Therefore, the political, social and cultural freedom that democracy entails is of immense value and importance.

Genesis15: The Covenant with Abram & Salvation - Part 1

If I got locked away in solitary confinement and was given only one text of scripture, Genesis 15 would be my choice. The Lord spoke to Abram in a vision and said to him, "Do not be afraid, Abram, for I will protect you, and your reward will be great."....And Abram believed the Lord, and the Lord counted him as righteous because of his faith. The the Lord told him, "I am the Lord who brought you out of Ur of the Caldeans to give you this land as your possession."

But Abram replied, "O Sovereign Lord, how can I be sure that I will actually possess it?" The Lord told him, "Bring me a three-year old heifer, a three-year old female goat, a three-year old goat, a three-year-old ram, a turtledove, and a young pigeon." So Abram presented all these to Him and killed them. Then he cut each animal down the middle and laid the halves side-by-side; he did not, however, cut the birds in half. Some vultures swooped down to eat the carcasses, but Abram chased them away. As the sun was going down, Abram fell into a deep sleep, and a terrifying darkness came down over him....After the sun went down and darkness fell, Abram saw a smoking firepot and a flaming torch pass between the halves of the carcasses. So the Lord made a covenant with Abram that day...(Gen.15 selected verses)

This text is pregnant with meaning. Let us look at a few wonderful facts, but these are not want I want to focus on. 1.In v1 Abram was told not to be afraid.Do you know what prohibition Jesus most frequently mentioned....what he most often told us not to do? "Do not be afraid.." Is that not both instructive and very comforting?. It is instructive in that our Lord would so often tells us not to be afraid. In taking on human flesh, He knew what we are subject to..yet without sin. I am of the opinion that fear is one of the most common and effective means by which the demonic gain a foothold in folks lives.Are you helping someone under demonic oppression? Then, you would be wise to search for areas in which they are tyrannized by fear. I am not saying that is the only cause, but I do think it is the most common denominator in the demonically oppressed.

What tenderness! "Perfect love casts out fear.." says John. The Lord does not want His blood bought sons and daughters to live in fear. "Cast all your anxiety upon Him, because he cares for you. ' 1 Peter 5:7 2..V6 the doctrine of justification by faith alone is spelled out. This is not just a New Covenant reality.... From the Fall onwards,  mankind has always been saved by grace, and not by adherence to some code of law..The most common notion of justification in the US is justification by death alone...all we have to do is die, and God (whose business is to forgive) will forgive everyone. This is demonic lie...and it drags the precious blood of the Lamb through dung.v.7 there is a saying, "How odd of God, to choose the Jews!" Yes, how "odd" of Him to choose anybody.V.7 the context is this: a pagan, idolatrous Abram is, by sovereign grace, plucked out of Ur and chosen to be saved. He, of course, is the head of God's chosen people. Spiritual pride is the worst sort of pride, because it assumes we have earned the right to be saved. Christian paranormalists (neologism, I reckon) should be exceptionally opposed to this notion, because we are attuned to the workings of Satan and his damned crew. You can pray for the devil's salvation until the cows come home, but it is not going to happen.His destiny is damnation. Jesus did not die for them; when they sinned, they were lost forever. We should have been damned forever, but God, in His rich mercy and grace, freely chose to save a people for Himself.(Eph.1:1F) How odd of God to choose you...and me.  Praise His blessed name! Question: in what ways do we presume our salvation?

Now picture this: God tells Abram to select several mature large animals, and then he is to cut them in half! Can you imagine how bloody that mess was?! Further, the Lord instructs Abram to line them up beside each other.The bottom halves of the animals would be lined up next to each other...a few feet space...and the top halves lined up next to each other--the idea being that there be enough room for a man to walk between the pieces. Pretty gross thus far; what is going on?

Here is the only text in the bible that describes it...Jeremiah 34:18,19 Because you have broken the terms of our covenant, I will cut you apart just as you have cut apart the calf when you walked between its halves to solemnize your vows. Yes, I will cut you apart, whether you are officials of Judah or Jerusalem, court officials, priest, or common people--for you have broken your oath.

Back then, instead of signing a written contract, they would make (literally, cut a covenant) a covenant between two parties. The way this covenant was ratified was by slicing animals in half, and each partner in the covenant had to walk between the bloodied pieces. As if to say, "I vow to keep my word regarding.(fill in the blank), and if I don't, then may I be ripped in half." Very graphic form of solemnizing a legal agreement! So, instead of writing a contract, they would cut a covenant. Two equal parties...each threatening self-destruction if they broke the terms of agreement.

Imposter! If you search 'eye on the paranormal' there is a chance you will come across a website that is made up of people who are doing things right. The owner of the website doesn't mean to give that message but that really doesn't matter. Kirby, The Ghost Divas (RIP), Michael M. O'Brien, Aanica, Ghost Hunters Inc, Ron Tebo and me! Yep, that's right I'm there too. According to this imposter website I am a satanist and an atheist which is impossible, any idiot could figure that out. (except one) I am also an ex-con. Wow, I am an ex-con? My life has been more exciting than I thought! If only I'd known I could have been charging more for all the autographs I sign for people.

There is quite a meltdown going on at this hub for haters. The person(s) running it are not real deep thinkers and I wouldn't suggest they quit their day job to become webmasters besides who would take my order at the local fast-food joint if they did?

While the hate runs rampant the facts lay thin and the ignorance could drown a man 10ft tall.

Loser is the word of the day for those who have never heard of a thesaurus.

The sense of their own self worth rings hollow and it's like the child who stands in the middle of a room full of adults demanding that everyone believe he's 21 when it's obvious to everyone it simply is not the case. After a while it's both annoying and sad.

I've no love for some of the people featured on this outburst of idiocy. Despite that fact I have trouble disliking them when I see this webpage, it's that ineffective.

A pathetic attempt to make others look bad but it lacks one thing. It lacks truth. It will never amount to anything and no one will ever buy into it because the truth is the thing that would have given it some validity. Anyone with half a brain will figure out a website comprised of some rambling idiot and a bunch of pics with 'loser' and an arrow is not a reputable source to base your opinions on.

An obvious result of jealousy and inability to match wit this little website sits all alone in the corner whimpering and whispering "I hate you" too afraid to say it loud enough for people to hear. That would mean the losers would know the moron who knows nothing. Cowards can't have that, it isn't their way, and it never will be...

In closing I'd like to send a message to the inept fools who think their little webpage has effected my life in any way. F**k You, F**k No, F*ck Off and make sure my fries are hot, thanks!
