Jim Bakker & His Merry Band of False Prophets Want World Dominion! – Wednesday, August 7, 2013

Nestled in the Ozark Mountains about 20 miles from Branson, Missouri is the new home of Jim Bakker. Back in the 1980s he played a leading role in spreading the name it and claim it ministry—a/k/a/ the prosperity gospel--which means if you’re rich God loves you. But if you’re poor it’s your own fault.

From Heritage USA to the peacefully named Morningside, this is the home of Jim’s new ministry. He doesn’t focus on get rich, get into heaven anymore. Now Jim has embraced a new gospel consisting of:

- End Times teaching
- Conspiracy theories
- Hyper-Grace
- Prophetic teaching

If his new gospel consisted of the above four subjects, I could look past it. However, if you take the time to peel back the layers of deceptions, you uncover something very shocking.

- He’s teaching Dominion or Kingdom Now gospel. This means that Christians have the right, if not the responsibility, to run every aspect of government, culture, science, and religion.

- The false prophet industry is on the rise. Just as many Americans have gone new age and psychic crazy, numerous charismatic churches promote the prophet business. The church no longer tests you but gives you every opportunity to cash in—write a book, costar on Jim’s show, etc.

- Doom & Gloom. We’re in the final stages of the End Times! Nobody ever told me they’d already started! Blood will gush down the streets, cities will burn, and there will be no food on the shelves, no power, and no water. But don’t worry! If you fork over the money, Bakker will send you enough food to last for 20 years! He’ll sell you a generator. And even better than that, he claims he’s working on a water making device!

For the next two shows, we’ll take a deeper look into the world of Jim Bakker and the Dominion/Kingdom Now gospel. We’ll discuss what a prophet is, and is a prophet and a psychic the same thing? We’ll look at the false prophets that Jim Bakker promotes to the world via his show. You’ll learn more about:

John Kilpatrick

Cindy and Mike Jacobs

Bishop Ron Webb

Rick Joyner

Jonathan Cahn

Nathan Morris

And several others.

As a weekly feature, Kirby will also share some book reviews and recommendations, as well as his infamous incredible "BAD BAD Thing Awards."

I'll bet he does have a water making device. PHEW! His end-times plan is starting to sound a lot like the setting of the dystopian novel "The Handmaid's Tale" by Margaret Atwood. Not good.

That sounds awesome Kirby! I remember as a kid that my parents supported that ministry. His son is preaching the Gospel & seems to be genuine. I could very well be wrong.I am baffled Jim got back on air yet again gaining a pile of money. Le Roy Jenkins who's a prophet of God and Ordained me actually did answer 4 questions no one knew but me and I bared witness when my surgery turned out exactly how he said it would. Doctors wrote it off as "unexplainable" I sent in a copy to him. Many dislike him & many love him. No one will ever agree but I respect what others think & not many do that. It's only a fact if THEY think it is. I look forward to your words on Jim good or bad. My mother does too. They followed that ministry for a long time.

THE BIBLE TRUMPS PREACHERS

Should you trust the Bible or preachers?

Billy Graham said you do not have to believe in Jesus to be part of the body of Christ. (SEE: U-Tube "Robert Schuller and Billy Graham speaking with wide acceptance)

John 14:6 Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.

Do you trust preacher Billy Graham or Jesus?

Billy Graham teaches that water baptism is not essential to be saved.

Mark 16:16 He who has believed and has been baptized shall be saved.....

Do you trust Jesus or Billy Graham?

Do you want to put your faith in Billy Graham and others who deny the words of Jesus or do you want to trust Jesus, God's word, the Scriptures, the BIBLE.

GOD DOES NOT PREACH FALSE DOCTRINE. GOD WILL NOT LEAD YOU ASTRAY. WHY WOULD YOU PUT YOUR FAITH IN PREACHERS, BOOKS WRITTEN BY PREACHERS, CREED BOOKS, AND CATECHISMS?

WHY NOT JUST TRUST THE BIBLE?
