The world of communication technology has exploded over the past decades. The late “Gene Roddenberry” was way ahead of his time when you reflect on the original “Star Trek” TV shows. They had cell phones, and the ability to see whom they were speaking to on a viewing screen. Jesus used long-distance communication when he healed the child of the “The Syrophoenician Woman” Mark 7:24-37. Think about other present days distant driven church communications opportunities; Pastors, church prayer teams, your own personal pray list, etc.
When we created our web page for God’s Preservation Ministry http://www.sfprs.org/, we did not envision it becoming global. We have now reached people in many other countries worldwide, helping with our same basic theme of; Salvation, Deliverance, Healing, Christian counseling. We cannot minister to everyone in their homes, so thanks to modern computer technology; we use SKYPE.
When we start a deliverance session, we already have received consent form and questionnaire information giving us their background to work with. We talk about the case, pray and sometimes fast, and we want to make this all about God and the client. NOTE: You want to see your client the best you can, and for everyone’s safety, we ask that someone be with them. Never look the client directly in the eyes! Any demonic presence can use their powers against you if you just stare into the client’s eyes. You want to have all five senses available to determine what is going on, etc. ALWAYS pray prior to doing the session on your own asking for protection. When everyone is on SKYPE and ready to start, begin and end the session in prayer.
Mark 5:9 Jesus asked the demon his name, “Legion; we are many." "Many", this is true for all demonic presence. The Deliverance session can be several hours, and even then; you may not have all the demons expelled. Billy and I like to compare it to an onion, as in removing layer after layer. Many times several sessions have to be done to get completion.
Manifestations are actually slight and barely noticeable: eye twitches, yawning, narrowing of the eyes, coughing, etc. Occasionally they are more melodramatic: crying, yelling, and doubling over in pain or, in some cases, the demon will want to lash out physically! Consequently, the need to have someone present with the client is for everyone’s concern and safety. Each case is always different from others but there are similarities. It is of the utmost benefit to be prepared for what might happen when the power of God encounters these demonic strongholds.
Touching on the subject of Cleansings/Blessings, PLEASE do NOT attempt to do these until the Deliverance is fully complete. It is okay to bind any demonic spirits, but if the person is not a Christian, you first need to offer the opportunity of salvation. If they are Christian, and have not renounced any Legal Rights with evil through repentance with God you will be going home and leaving the family in circumstances that are more dangerous. Matthew 12:43-45--43 "Now when the unclean spirit goes out of a man, it passes through waterless places seeking rest, and does not find it. 44 then it says, 'I will return to my house from which I came'; and when it comes, it finds it unoccupied, swept, and put in order. 45 then it goes and takes along with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there; and the last state of that man becomes worse than the first. That is the way it will also be with this evil generation."
One thing we do that other Deliverance Ministries do not do is following up with the client. Sure, some may call a week later and that is it. We go into much more detail, with Healing and Christian counseling. We want to see and hear proof that they are praying and reading their Bible every day and have connected with a church. With the local church, that pastor can assist them in their everyday lives.
If you follow the recommendations given, you walk in the freedom Jesus paid such a dear price for you to have. Think of this, if Jesus was willing to suffer on the level, he did; he must truly desire you to be healed and delivered. 1 Peter 2:24 and Galatians 3:13-14. Christ's coming is near. Let us make sure we are righteous and ready for his appearing.

Semper Gumby ... Spiritual Warfare

"Be polite....be professional....be prepared to kill everyone you meet." (advice given to new platoon leader in Afghanistan's city of Shkin, which was described as "the evilest place in Afghanistan"...swarming with undercover al-Qaeda.
"Always be on guard." (Jesus, dozens of times)
I like to read, but it occurred to me that, without any intent on my part, I had recently bought/read (dollar store) two volumes on being an infantryman in Afghanistan--The Unforgiving Minute, by Craig Mullaney, and War, by Sebastian Junger.
Compared to Iraq, little attention is given this site of war..which is unfortunate and unfair..Anyway, when done with both, I was overcome with various emotions. The horror these 18-25 year old Army infantry went through was unspeakable.The harsh sounding advice (be prepared to kill everyone you meet) reminded me of Viet Cong tactics in Vietnam...blending in with the crowd. Think.of how emotionally frazzling it must be to have to live with such instructions, if one wanted to stay alive? Is it any wonder, so many of these vets have a difficult time adjusting to non-combat environments, not to mention civilian life?
The first principle of spiritual warfare is the REALITY of it.
When God sovereignly Called you into a personal relationship with Him, at great cost to Himself, the Lord also commissioned .you into a great spiritual war..I have in my hand the Lt. bar that my dad wore in Europe during WWII. There are no pacifists in this war. There is a saying, "We may not be interested in war, but it is interested in us." That is certainly true of spiritual war.Nothing profound or new here....just a reminder that these filthy spirits hate you, and we must be on guard.
In Afghanistan, when the bullets, mortars, and RPG's were not flying, there was the tedium of everyday life in a hostile climate and environment. From Alexander the Great up to the Soviets, all attempts to tame/conquer this wild terrain were unsuccessful. Sand....sand....and more sand--as well as rocky cliffs is their harsh reality.
Slogging...slogging...and more slogging was the soldiers routine.I think it is very important that we realize the brute fact of slogging as part of the Christian life...including spiritual warfare. Especially in the front line battles in dealing with demonic oppression, there is a tendency to "super-spiritualize". I have seen God do extraordinary things in oppression combat, but most days are slogging ahead. Dealing with our own brokeness, as well as the "sand" of our own flesh--weakness, and indwelling sin....the drag of the world--all these conspire to make slogging an inevitability. To be forewarned is to be fore-armed. Life is a battle and not a circus.
That may not sound earth shattering to you, but romantic or unrealistic views of spiritual warfare can cause serious harm. Unrealistic expectations of the "normal Christian life" has often led to varying amounts of disillusionment. We wonder what is wrong with us if we "lose the fire"of emotion, but warfare is HARD."The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak." Jesus said to His disciples.
Others will quote a favorite verse, and forget the larger context of the bible. I suppose what I have come across the most from my minister friends who don't understand why I needed to write my book is this-- if we walk closely with the Lord, then we do not have to worry about Satan/demons. My reply is that many people have found themselves under demonic oppression--so that advice is cruel to these folks (just walk with God and everything will be ok) During Jesus' ministry He didn't give that kind of shallow advice...and He was frequently exorcising demons. So, there is a kind of "false-triumphalism" that plagues many pastors. Many of you know exactly what I'm saying or talking about.
SEMPER GUMBY is a term I got out of the "Unforgiving Minute". Captain Mullaney was a West Point grad, Rhodes scholar, Army Ranger, etc...and he does a marvelous job of describing his education into warfare.When he first arrived in Afghanistan, he was convinced that he was able to plan for every variable for each activity his platoon did. Until the haunting day on Losano Ridge, when he and his men were ambushed and one of his men was killed.You simply cannot be in absolute control of the situation--only God is.The death of one his men shook Captain Mullaney to the core of his being--and he wept.
This dawning of awareness is what gave rise to their principle of "Semper Gumby"..being flexible to move with the flow, and realize that fighting battles is often done in a fog of unknown variables.This reminded me of the trials of Job, in which supernatural reality was invisible to Job. He suffered, not knowing why. We too need to be Semper Gumby--always flexible to follow our Lord, and change course if need be.There is so much about spiritual warfare that I do not understand. And I am certainly not privy to Satan's plans...and God's will is often shrouded in mystery, as to WHY certain things happen.
These are only a few principles of spiritual warfare, and I have left unsaid many important realities...chief of which is that Christ is Victor...and of this I AM certain--God is good, all the time.

Paranormal or Mild Porn?

Well where to start? I don't know so I will go from the top. There is a woman called C Ce Carole AKA CC the Huntress. She calls herself the queen of the paranormal. I wonder who said that. She runs what she calls the paranormal awards. She also investigates locations and has a production company. I refuse to post any links to her web site or YouTube page as it is just flat out wrong
So my questions. Why does she call her self queen of the Paranormal? I mean really that is a new one to me. So now people need to come up with a title for them self's to feel important? So I want to know who are her loyal servants? Is there a waiting list? Is the castle up and a hill if so How are Shrek and his wife taking it?
Now let's go to the attire. She has videos of herself dressed up like she is going clubbing some of you may even call rated R. I posted photos below I took off her YouTube page. 1- she is coming out of a wall wearing a mini skirt legs first during a investigation.
Then in another she is coming out of the water with a wet tee shirt.
Then she is posing in a miniskirt for photos on her page. In one of you the photos you will see her talking about sexy boots and being naughty. Are you kidding me?
I do not see any reason other than she might feel insecure with herself. Sure, some guys will get a cheap thrill out of watching and looking but not this guy. I not only find it very unprofessional but unnecessary as well. there is a time and place to play dress up and it is not during investigations nor is there any room in the paranormal field for it. This was brought to my attention by so many people and I had to look for myself. I honestly never paid it much mind till I was directed on where to look.
Now to the paranormal awards. She is a 5-time winner, Gee that's hard when you run them. Hell, I will start my own and give my self 20. Ha ha top that. Who votes? And honestly they mean about as much as a roll or wet toilet paper in the woods after eating fast food. And in 2012 she had a poster in Texas calling her radio show the # 1 radio show in America with a big trophy. Funny I do not recall seeing it in any TV awards.
This is very disturbing I was told by a very reliable source after the Sandy Hook tragedy she said she was going to go down there and pray and bring healing energy. This is just another example of how unreal this woman is. When you wrap everything up in a nut shell. In my and many others opinions she should try another field that may more suited what she is doing. In my opinion she is a disgrace to the paranormal world and making a mockery out of it.

Tibetan PM Declares 2014 as His Holiness the Dalai Lama Year

DHARAMSHALA, March 10: The Tibetan Government in Exile today announced here that the year 2014 will be observed officially as the year of His Holiness the Dalai Lama to "pay tribute to his visionary leadership and contribution to Tibet and the world today."
The Tibetan spiritual leader His Holiness the Dalai Lama who returned here after his US tour did not attend the official commemoration today of the 55th Tibetan national uprising day. After devolution of his political powers to an elected leadership in 2012, the 78 year old Nobel laureate has stayed away from the Tibetan national uprising day commemorations since last year. For three years since 2012, there has been no official statement of His Holiness the Dalai Lama on the Tibetan national uprising day.
"Since the age of 16, His Holiness the Dalai Lama has been working for Tibet and made the world know about Tibet and Tibetans. Because of him, we are able to live in exile with our heads held high," said the Tibetan PM Losang Sangay in his address on the 55th Tibetan national uprising day here.
PM Sangay raised Tibetan national flag as the Tibetan national anthem was sung. A minute’s silence was observed to pay tribute to the Tibetans who have lost their lives for the cause of Tibet.
The Tibetan PM also reiterated his government’s commitment to the Middle Way approach to solve the Tibet issue. “A genuine autonomy for Tibet through the Middle Way Approach aspires to replace political repression with basic freedom, economic marginalization with economic empowerment, social discrimination with social equality, cultural assimilation with cultural promotion and environmental destruction with environmental protection.”
He also sent a message to Tibetans inside Tibet saying that the Tibetan government in exile is listening to their calls for the end of repression and sufferings. “Our journey may be long and the challenges may appear daunting, but we will succeed,” he added.
He also noted that if the Tibetans remain united, and bring the rich traditions of the elders to interplay with the innovation and dynamism of the younger generation, the Chinese government would have to address the Tibetans’ aspirations.
The Harvard law graduate, who also holds the portfolio of the Education Department, also highlighted the importance of modern education to solve the Tibet crisis. “It is the combination of traditional values and contemporary education that will keep our struggle vigorous, dynamic and formidable.”
The Tibetan Parliament in Exile in its official statement expressed its solidarity with the Tibetans inside Tibet for their “totally selfless and highly courageous deeds.” It also noted the continuing self-immolation protests and protests against the Chinese government are fueled by political repressions, cultural assimilation, economic marginalization, ethnic discrimination, nomadic displacement and environmental destruction.
Since 2009, 127 Tibetans have set themselves on fire in Tibet protesting against the China’s occupation of Tibet and its hard-line policies.
Following the official function, Dicki Chhoyang, Minister of Department of Information and International Relations unveiled a 7 feet statue of Tapey, the first Tibetan to immolate self in Tibet. A group of Chinese supporters had built the statue that will be erected near the Martyrs memorial at the Tsulagkhang entrance.
On March 10, 1959, Tibetans in the capital city of Lhasa rose up against the Chinese occupying forces, leading to the death of thousands of Tibetans and the eventual escape of the Dalai Lama to exile. Each year, Tibetans observe the day as the National Uprising Day all over the world.

The Difference Between Armageddon And The Apocalypse
Hello my para beauties! I trust you've had a wonderful weekend. A lot of this in my humble opinion of what I interpret the bible to be stating. By no means do I claim to state anything is fact. Only God knows when the 2nd coming is and what other details take place in these events.
What exactly is Armageddon? Is it a place or an event? It takes place during the Apocalypse. Who will take part in it? What does the Bible really say? Over 1,900 years ago, while exiled on an island off the Greek coast, the apostle John recorded what would happen, culminating in our time. In vision, he was taken forward in time into the “Lord’s Day” (Rev. 1:10) and was given messages regarding “...things which are, and things which shall be hereafter” (1:19).
Most of what John saw in vision was foreign to him. He had to record things in a way that could be understood. For instance, how would someone from the first century describe a helicopter gunship? What about a jet—or nuclear explosion? Jesus would have inspired him to use symbols or items familiar to him. The prophet Daniel spoke of “the TIME OF THE END.” The apostle Peter said, “there shall come in the LAST DAYS scoffers.” Paul said, “In the LAST DAYS perilous times shall come.”…some may say John wasn't in his right right mind being locked up so very long however, what if you are wrong? What then?
The Bible foretells a period of seven trumpets blown, each heralding its own terrible event. Now in my last 2 blogs I spoke of the 7 trumpets/seals. Throughout history, trumpet blasts have been used as warnings of imminent danger, such as war or another calamity (Zeph. 1:16; Jer. 4:19; Ezek. 33:2-6).
However, the seventh (or last) trumpet will announce to the world that Jesus Christ is coming to establish God’s rule on Earth. Man’s way of governance is ending. Also heralded by this final trumpet are the seven last plagues (also bowls or vials of wrath) God will use to punish a rebellious mankind. Revelation describes seven angels who “pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth” (Rev. 16:1).
When the first vial is poured out, “there fell a noisome and grievous sore upon the men which had the mark of the beast” (vs. 2). These belong to the great, false church-state system. (More on this in a moment.)
The second plague mirrors what the Egyptians suffered before the Exodus: “The second angel poured out his vial upon the sea; and it became as the blood of a dead man: and every living soul died in the sea” (vs. 3).
The next three plagues involve the rivers and fountains turning to blood, the sun becoming so hot it scorches people, and darkness and pain becoming unbearable. After all these plagues, men will continue to “blaspheme the God of heaven because of their pains and their sores, and repent not of their deeds” (vs. 11).
The last generation before Jesus’ Return is so vile and corrupt that God will subject them to the worst punishment possible—and they still will not repent.
The Important Sixth Plague
The sixth of the last plagues sets the stage for the final battle to resist Christ at His Return. Forces of spiritual wickedness—demons—are released to gather armies to bring about destruction and devastation on the inhabitants of Earth. Notice how these armies are able to gather: “The sixth angel poured out his vial upon the great river Euphrates; and the water thereof was dried up, that the way of the kings of the east might be prepared” (Rev. 16:12).
The Euphrates River originates in Turkey and flows southeast through Syria and Iraq, finally reaching the Persian Gulf. God will cause this river to dry up, enabling, it says, the “kings of the east” to easily cross into the Holy Land. But this is just a prelude—the setting of the stage for even more significant events to come.
Apocalypse is actually the Greek Name for the word translated "Revelation" in the Bible. It is the name of the last book of the Bible. It earned its name because of its overal description of the world-changing events that occur during the timeline of this book.
Armageddon, is both a place and now referred to as an event. It is the largest battlefield on earth, where a future battle is foretold between the armies of the earth and the returning King of Glory Jesus Christ. It is said that the blood of these armies will run as deep as the reins of horses in some places, and that the fuel supplies will heat the homes of the Palestinians for 7 years. Also, the birds of the whole earth will gather to eat to their full on the flesh of the dead soldiers.

What exactly is Armageddon? Is it a place or an event? It takes place during the Apocalypse. Who will take part in it? What does the Bible really say? Over 1,900 years ago, while exiled on an island off the Greek coast, the apostle John recorded what would happen, culminating in our time. In vision, he was taken forward in time into the “Lord’s Day” (Rev. 1:10) and was given messages regarding “...things which are, and things which shall be hereafter” (1:19).
Most of what John saw in vision was foreign to him. He had to record things in a way that could be understood. For instance, how would someone from the first century describe a helicopter gunship? What about a jet—or nuclear explosion? Jesus would have inspired him to use symbols or items familiar to him. The Case Against Theresa Caputo the Long Island Medium

Because the sham of a show, Long Island Medium, is
returning to TLC for another season on March 9, we're running our original two-part
blog.
Americans are embracing psychics and mediums. Go to Google
and type in psychics and mediums-- you could spend 8 hours a day for a year, and
never visit every site on the Internet.
You can spend hundreds to thousands of dollars getting
a phone reading, Skype, and in person readings. You can attend gallery readings,
which is a group reading, and you're not even promised to receive one bit of
information from the other side.
The late Sylvia Browne is the former number one
psychic of record who has been featured on Larry
King Live and appeared frequently on The
Montel Williams Show. Ms. Browne has more than 50 books in print, 21 books
in audio format, and all her so-called nonfiction titles can't stand a serious
test of legitimacy. For example, her book "Afterlives of the Rich and
Famous" is impossible to fact check—she can make up any story. And she
does---as her books are simply flights of fantasy and fiction.
Why is this? Why has the public become so accepting of
these modern day snake oil salespeople?
- Rejection of God's message and embracing a feel good
new age false religion.
- Uncertain times force people to find sanctuary in
something. Some find it in drugs while others find it in people who will tell
them what they want to hear.
- Searching for the truth about life after death. Going
by what the psychics and mediums say, we can live any way we want. We can do
anything we want. We can think any way we want to and sin any way we want to. If
we accept their words, whether written in a book or spoken on TV, there will be
no price to pay. There is no hell, no punishment -- just a bright and sunny
afterlife.
- A society should embrace a learning process. Now,
everything is spoon-fed to us. Our ability to think, question, and engage in a
scientific manner has been reduced. If anyone on TV says it is so, then it is
so. If I read it on the Internet, it is so. If some "expert" appears
for a few minutes on Oprah or Ellen and says it is so – then it must
be so.
Like every other medium and psychic out there, The Long
Island Medium is a fake. She feeds on the emotionally needy and the spiritually
insecure. Like all the others, she increases her bank account by tricking her audience
that she has all the answers. She convinces her cult-like followers that she
has something called "the spirit" that feeds her the information that
you crave.
When I go to funerals, you won't see me cry. It's not
that I am heartless. It's due to my faith. I know the saved have gone on to
heaven. Why? Because that is what my faith teaches me. When the unsaved die,
they made the choice to go to hell. No matter how many prayers one would say,
no matter if some church baptizes them after death, that is where they are
going. It is clearly stated that way-- no doubts, no worries. But so many new
age "thinkers" are left in doubt. So, the new agers must turn to a
medium to find out where they are at and are they all right?
The Long Island Medium talks to "SPIRIT." [Some
Christians might say that is a demon feeding her information as they point out
she never talks about angels, she never sees God, only mentions "a
God" and the word Jesus never crossed her lips -- and they might be right].
What I've seen of her readings and our investigation
into her televised Florida road trip, we uncover her so-called talent for
talking to the dead.
Let me share a video from
the show "LIVE! with
Kelly and Michael" of a reading she
did with the audience and show how she tricks the audience.
Notice she's working with an audience of over 150
people. Medium or not, you can safely ask:
- Who here lost a child?
- Who here lost a husband, wife, parent, sibling, or a
grandparent?
- Who here lost a baby?
- Who here lost someone to cancer, AIDS, heart attack,
car accident, etc.
You're going to have hands shoot up because these
things happen. They're fairly common so you're going to get it right.
When they go out looking for an audience to fill their
studio they tell people who the guest is so she knows why people are there.
Earlier on, she had a long string of misses and she
had to come up with an explanation for it. She claimed it was confusion in
interpreting the signs that she received.
She goes for "who over here has lost a husband?"
and she sees several admitted widows. Notice that she goes over to an older
female time. Cue violins, it's time to yank the heartstrings. The next step is
to go into her cold readings mode, asking questions in such rapid-fire fashion
you fail to notice Theresa isn't really telling her anything but simply asking
questions.
Once she starts talking to the woman start counting
the seconds.
- She says, "People leave this world in many
different ways." The purpose of that statement is to fool the audience into
believing that Theresa is knowledgeable in the ways of the spirit world. Listen
to what comes up next.
- Theresa complements the woman for all the unselfish
things she did. That is what the widow wants to hear. Have you ever heard a
medium say, "Hey stupid, your husband says you were a lousy mother,
couldn't cook worth a damn, were lousy in the sack and I couldn't wait to die!"
- Have you been counting? If you have, then ask
yourself how could she be talking to the spirit of the dead man and never get a
name from him? When she starts to miss with the food questions, she has to
cover her tracks. These are signs and symbols she gets. She isn't wrong only
responding to the symbols that she's seen.
- She quickly breaks it off and goes to her next
reading. In reality, this isn't a reading but an endorsement of her abilities.
She tries, but fails, to get the audience to laugh. Again, no name is given.
- She tells the group that things she says might apply
to them even though she isn't looking at them. This gives the audience a false
sense that they got something from the session. In reality, they got nothing.
- She talks about a "blood illness" that is
head to toe and has something to do with the liver. Anatomy 101—blood
circulates throughout the entire body. All blood illnesses are head to toe and
all blood diseases impact the liver.
- She then asks who is being tested for other illnesses?
That's a very safe one to toss out as people are always being tested for
something.
- She talks about the blow to the chest cause in death.
It doesn’t pertain to those she reads for but it applies to those seated on the
other side of the studio. Then it goes from a blow to the chest to her father
died in front of her. The great message is don't feel bad about it! Who wouldn't
feel bad about something like that?
Notice that Theresa Caputo has a string of misses and
questionable hits so she decides to opt for humor to keep the viewer derailed
and bring in the hosts for a laugh.
Theresa tosses out the question, who lost a daughter?
No hits, so she jumps on to a brain aneurysm or Alzheimer’s [you don't die from
that illness]. A male reacts but she rejects him. Nope, it's a young good-looking
woman who takes advantage of the diseases beginning with the letter A. It's
easier to bring a woman to tears than a man. This woman accepts everything sent
her way, right up to the question "Do you have any of her clothing?" That's
a fairly safe one to ask, knowing that you'll get a yes. But when the Long
Island Medium starts to ask about recent deaths, it's a big miss and Theresa
breaks it off.
So let’s break down this so-called certified medium
readings down. [Ms. Caputo has been
certified by the Family Forever Foundation.]
1 Did she give us any names? No.
2 Dates? No.
3 Places? No.
We are left to ask this question--when people pass, do
they get dumber? Do they lose the ability to communicate with us? Are they
unable to speak clearly through mediums? If we go by what we see of the Long
Island Medium, they can show up but are unable to say who they are, whom they
are here to visit. The deceased person can't give their own name and the name
of the loved one, not do they give a clear message.
People will always ask how can people like this do
such things. Theresa Caputo is not unique in any way. She's just one more in a
long list of flavors of the month/year when it comes to fake psychics. She's
now in the company of The Amazing Kreskin, Uri Geller, Sylvia Browne, John Edwards,
and James Van Praagh. Whether they claim to be mind readers, magicians,
mentalists, or mediums they all have the same foundations.
1 They always claim that the gift came to them early
in life. Theresa Brigandi [maiden name] states that her gift always sent her
parents and brother into a crazy sort of ghost hunt. At times, it led to having
her father climb onto the roof of their home looking for things with green
scary eyes. This flies against what she now claims -- to have never seen
anything evil looking.
2 They always claim that they did not really use their
gift in life while they were children. Except as a way to entertain others.
3 Others always found them different.
4 They'll always find a mentor which in the case of
Theresa, was Pat Longo, a Long Island medium herself. Mrs. Longo claims that
she can heal you in person or over the phone for just $175. Here's her website:

In bold letters on Mrs. Longo's website, it says "…and in some God gave the gift of
healing."
That is found in the bible: 1 Corinthians 12
But nowhere will you find the passage: "And some
the gift of healing which you can charge $175."
Not to turn this into a Bible thumping blog, but the
moment money is connected to anyone carrying out the gifts of the spirit, it stops
being a genuine gift from God. The alleged gift of healing means that it's
either outright fakery or a gift from someplace other than heaven.
In the May 26th episode, Why Me, we learn that Pat had to deal with cancer and she had an
operation. She also mentions that her husband died from cancer five months ago.
Why she did not turn to her faith for healing? From the new age viewpoint, cancer
is caused by a negative spirit and/or negative energies being blocked at the
chakra points. This isn't something we'd expect from a healer.
We don't know if Theresa went to Pat and was told that
she was a medium or not. Or did she go to Pat and say you're making a killing
in this line or work, teach me how you fake it. I'll take a look at the view
that this so-called "spirit" they claim to talk to is a demonic one.
Additionally it seems that Pat feels she can teach
anyone to do what Theresa claims to do. That means it is not really a "gift"
at all but simply a trade like driving a truck or being a cook.
It seems her teaching days are over as of 6/15/13.
Further digging into the site leads us to a Wordpress
blog made up of even more wacky new age teachings on topics that were taught in
the new age world back in the 1980s.
But there was a blog that had an interesting title
which lead us to a question to even more of her claims. This is written by a
participant in one of Pat's healing sessions. The author writes about a
mishmash of new age and eastern topics and describes herself as a sensitive
soul.

your Vibration: according to Pat Longo, Long Island Theresa
Caputo’s healer.
Pat apparently didn't tell TLC that she was a medium
[have you ever heard of a psychic telling their client he/she is not psychic when
asked?]. Anyway, she was/is Theresa's mentor as well as her healer. Therefore, the
Long Island Medium endorses people that take part in illegal activates.
Additionally, nowhere on the site is there any evidence of medical science
certifying that she is really a healer.
Pat seems she know how to make a buck as she appeared
on her student's show in the second episode of the past season. If you want to
