Joining the USAF and going through Basic Training, they do their best to “brain wash” you from your civilian habits to get you to accept the USAF’s way to do things. Getting married and moving into your first home together, takes at least a one-year transition period to experience the whole person 24/7. We learn not to say anything about the pink bathroom, and learn QUICKLY to leave the toilet seat up (Why can’t they do the same when they're finished?) There is so much talk currently about the end of times. Earthquake here, unknown disease there, False Prophets teaching unbiblical agendas tailored to the “Me” and “I want it instantly generation", the New Age movement, Occult, Wiccan, etc. Sure I am as interested as the next person, but something I spend most of my days is doing what God wants me to do. I am sure there are many who wrestle with this, and few take appropriate steps to become a Christian as God planned out for us. However, I don’t want to! I want my cake and eat it too! I’m happy for the way I am now! I do what I want and some old book that was written 2000 years ago does not apply to me on this day in age! Sigh!

It is often necessary for us to take time to assimilate to things, which have happened in our lives, just as we need time to digest a large meal. "Assimilation" (sounds Borg to me) consists of making something to which we have been exposed a part of our innermost selves. The universe functions in cycles and so do we humans. Think about the cycles in nature: seasons, tides, day and night, life cycles, etc. In view of this, it must seem natural that you, too, are the subject of cycles. Don't fight the tide - go with it and learn to benefit from it. The "good life," "satisfying" work, feeling "fulfilled" etc. comes at a price. We have to be willing to accept and change accordingly. Ever feel convicted of a sin, e.g. “unforgiveness to someone who has hurt you” and out of nowhere we feel a need to correct it. This applies to all sins, but with my example, do you really think you are in God’s good graces and yet can’t find it within ourselves to forgive someone? What about the Lord’s Prayer in Luke 11:2-4? “And forgive us our sins for we ourselves forgive everyone who is indebted to us. And lead us not into temptation.”

How do you know if you are doing God’s will? You have to remember that the Christian life is not always smooth and easy. With all that in mind, if you haven’t so far, spend some alone time with God and ask him what is his plan for your life. Remember it is “his” plan, which was previously formulated before you were born. If you are a Christian going through struggles, there are many options to turn to helping you get on the straight and narrow. We can be of help too. If you have no concern at all except get your own and live life to the fullest, Good Luck with your path. As Christians, we don’t believe in luck, everything is for a purpose as God intended for us. Sure the end of times are making the news, but if you haven’t assured yourself with eternal life, Just get on your knees and look up, I am confident the rest will fall in place.

Psalms 73

A psalm of Asaph.

1 Surely God is good to Israel, to those who are pure in heart.

This may seem like an odd topic, but I have observed that frequently our grousing on Facebook (or any public forum) breaks a cardinal principle of Scripture. One person (who shall remain anonymous) has a powerful ministry within the paranormal community...he is a godly and very experienced and competent man. However, every other month he "quits" publicly on FB, citing all kinds of issues and complaints. A day or two later, he is back on as if nothing had happened. But something HAD happened--he had dishonored God and caused people to stumble.

I chose Psalm 73 because the psalmist gives full vent to deep discouragement--he holds nothing back. In doing so, he gives us an inspired model of how to complain to God. The Lord knows our feelings--and feelings are feelings are feelings. They often come upon us unbidden, especially when we are discouraged. I have long believed that discouragement is Satan's most often used weapon in large arsenal. Face it, we DO get or feel discouraged at times--all of us. I certainly do.

Please note verse 15, "If I had said, 'I will speak thus', I would have betrayed the generation of your children." In other words, the psalmist realized that if he PUBLICLY gave full vent to how he was feeling, then he was certain to cause others to stumble. Please don't misunderstand me--we are invited to be brutally honest with the Lord regarding our struggles. And it is often encouraging to read that others struggle too...we are not alone. But, when it gets really bad, then we must exercise caution in what we say in public. Have you ever said anything on FB and later wished you hadn't?

We give the devil a royal boost when we "let it rip" in public, because the folks who read it may be scandalized, confused, or who knows what else. It seems that, for some folks, Facebook has become a public confessional of their  problems and discouragement.

I wish we had the time to go through the entire psalm, but the realization that he was responsible for how his venting affected others, was a key turning point--along with  a fresh perspective of the dual destinies of mankind.This is another scheme of Satan that we must avoid for the glory of God, and the welfare of others.Please think before you say something, especially in public. The Noah Movie and the Supernatural

Over the last few weeks, three religious themed movies debuted, and have gone on to break projected earnings in their time-to-date on the big screen. Two of these movies, Son of God, God’s Not Dead, are solidly Christian.

The third, Noah, directed by Darren Aronofsky, has had Christians arguing whether it is “Christian” or not, because it is about a man named Noah and the Flood.

Whether Aronofsky’s Noah is the Bible’s Noah is actually the wrong question and the wrong debate.

If you’ve read your Bible, it is obvious that Aronofsky, who is a self-proclaimed atheist, did not base the movie on the biblical Noah. End of story, it is not a Christian film.

What did Aronofsky base his Noah movie on?

I guess it hasn’t dawned on most Christians or believers, that the sixty-six books we commonly call the Bible, or the first five that make up the Torah, are not the only ancient scriptures around that mention the flood story or Noah.

The devil, who is extremely fond of deceiving weak and uninformed Christians, (and if he could, even the very elect [Mark13:22; Matthew 24:24] as we are warned in the Holy Scriptures, and the warning is in place because of teachings and movies like this) because as he knows, a little knowledge can be dangerous.

The great deceiver knows the Bible better than any believer. He also knows all the perverted writings, since he himself is the muse behind those writings.

I wish believers would stop saying its okay to promote this as a “Christian” or a “believer’s” film; it’s not. It is the Gnostic mystical view that contradicts the Holy Scriptures.

The problem with this movie is it promotes falsehoods about what we know how the supernatural world and beings work, according to the Holy Scriptures, the only authoritative work for believers.

Issue 151 – Jimmy Swaggart Makes $1,000,000 A Day/New Agers Bastardize Reincarnation

Jimmy Swaggart Makes $1,000,000 a Day. Son Donnie is So Bored he Goes Home Early

Televangelists rank way down on my list almost even with psychics--which are very low. The reasons for it were on display during yesterday's Biblethon, an event hosted every month on the Swaggarts' Sonlight Network. The viewer is given several choices of buying the Swaggarts' bibles ranging from the Expositor's Study Bible to a large print bible, to the Crossfire [youth] and Ladies' Edition. They also have bibles in the Portuguese and Russian languages. Non-sale prices range from $40 to $230. They also have a Bible Outreach Program where they send bibles to various countries.

Now every Christian should have at least one bible and maybe more. But what most don't take the time to realize is that they're helping make Jimmy and his family even richer. Anyone can get a copyright on a bible, all you do is produce one that is 25% different than a standard King James Version [KJV], and you can publish it and watch the money roll in.

Jimmy learned this during the dark years in the 1980s after his fall from grace. He had a publishing company so he would keep every dime on every sale.

He brags that his version of the bible has sold over 1.5 million copies to date. The average price of a bible is $50 and by doing simple math, you'll see that this number is $75,000,000. All of that goes right into the Swaggarts' family bank account/s.

According to my source inside of the ministry, on yesterday's Biblethon they sold 17,500 bibles plus $125,000 in donations. That totals $1,000,000—money that flows right into the Swaggarts' coffers.

Not one bible meant for the Outreach Program will be sent until the money comes in from the pledges, despite what Swaggart claims. The family knows that just like the pledges from the telethon, people may be caught up in the moment. Those 20 cases of bibles at $360 a case may never materialize.

It seems that the money was flowing in so easily that Donnie "Napoleon" Swaggart [heir to the throne when his dad dies, and he lets everybody know it], decided during a break that he was tired and was going home. He left the hosting job to a pair of associate pastors.

New Agers Tell Hindus, Jains & Buddhists How Reincarnation Works!

Because you latched on to "new age" 30 years ago you think you have all the facts of what reincarnation should be? This is not a debunk, this is a cynical opinion using antiquated and cynical ideas. You would have some credibility if you were actually a family member of the people represented to be incarnated. Looking for a debunk and this rant certainly doesn't come close. I'll continue on.

Sadly, this misinformed person doesn't realize that I long ago left the new age. There were too many false teachings on subjects like reincarnation, an issue that the new age did not give birth. You won't find an expert on the subject due to the fact that they stole and misinterpreted the teachings experts like the Hindus, Jains, and Buddhists.

The new age bastardized the teachings to make them more applicable to Westerners. They eliminated the lower realms: animal realms, hungry ghost realms and numerous hell realms. Many Westerners can't accept the fact that they may return as an elephant or a hungry ghost. They also believe that Catholics have a monopoly on hell realms when in fact, they don't. According to Buddhists, those who go to hell in won't linger there for eternity, they will eventually be reborn into higher realms.

Personally, while I understand the basics of reincarnation, I'm not a fan of the concept. This is because each rebirth would put Christ back on the cross. That in itself is a false teaching as we have one life and we are done with it when we die. Sorry to folks like Theresa Caputo—that's the way it is for Catholics and Christians.

Dalai Lama: A Humble Man with A Message for Us

Hobart, Australia, 9 December 2009 (By Alison Andrews, The Examiner) - He travels with all the trappings of royalty. He is treated with the same reverence as the Pope. A pack of bodyguards accompany His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama in his travels around the world, often in Australia, most recently in Tasmania, yesterday.

His public appearances are planned with the precision of a military operation - organisation on the grand scale for huge events attended by thousands of people by an army of behind-the-scenes workers, mostly voluntary, there for the thrill of serving the exiled spiritual leader.

Australian international cycling champion Cadel Evans was one of them this time, turning his back on training for a day to travel to Hobart to be master of ceremonies for the two hour-long public lectures by the man he admires as one of the world's great leaders.

But such is the Dalai Lama's charm that despite a reputation as an international leader, the 74-year-old still speaks as a humble man.

While many of the more than 3500 people from around Tasmania sat in slow Hobart traffic jams for more than an hour to get to see him, the Dalai Lama told a pre-event media conference:

"I want to introduce myself to you as just a human being - you and I are the same," he said.

While his arrival in the Derwent Entertainment Centre press room was more tightly guarded than a visit by the Prime Minister, he described a spartan personal existence including five hours a day spent in private meditation.

And there is little in his appearance to tell a different story.

His shoes under the trademark maroon and yellow robes of a Buddhist monk are sturdy, brown, lace-ups.

One brown, well muscled arm is bare except for the international traveller's emblem - old vaccination marks.

Yet looks, even when you are the Dalai Lama, can be deceiving.

The plain-dressed, holy man is as contemporary in his knowledge of world issues as the young people of the 21st century whom he tries to advise:

• On climate change and the Copenhagen summit:

"I think that sometimes national economic issues are the most important so that the global issue sometimes becomes secondary and global responsibilities are lacking," he said. "But I think governments now take more seriously global warming."

He talked of research on his Tibetan homeland that describes it as the world's third polar region because of its potential effect on global warming.

The Dalai Lama said that the rivers that start in its high mountain plateaus provide water for a huge part of the world's population.

There have been predictions that if present conditions continued within 30-40 years, some of the rivers that start in Tibet will run dry.

"So now those major rivers that cover all of Asia from China to Pakistan, which are the basis of human beings' life - it is not just a concern for the local people but for all the people, it is something that needs protection from that (global warming)."

• On his hope for an improved relationship between Tibet and China, the country responsible for his exile more than 50 years ago:

"If we use common sense - Tibet and China have for 1000 years been a neighbour - sometimes very good relations, sometimes very bad relations - this moment, bad relations," he said.

"This bad relations is in nobody's interest so we must stop it.

"Many people particularly writers, intellectuals from both countries very, very eager to find a mutual solution. Chinese Government less willing to find a solution but China is changing, a little bit less arrogant so we will see."

The Dalai Lama says that he is sure he will see Tibet as a free country again in his lifetime.

"But that does depend on how long I live," he added, chuckling.

"If I live just two months then I can't see. If I live 10 years, I think this very possible."

• On his advice to today's young people:

"My generation belong to the 20th century - in that century more than 200 million human beings have been killed, that's a century of bloodshed and violence," he said.

"This century must be the century of peace - it does not mean that there will no longer be problems, that's bound to happen.

"But there will be no solution without dialogue so it must be a century of dialogue.

"It is up to the younger generation."

Denison Labor MHA Lisa Singh was one of a number of people to have a private meeting with the Dalai Lama before the community event.

An excited Ms Singh, a long-time admirer, said afterwards that they had talked about climate change and the Dalai Lama had presented her with a long, cream, Tibetan scarf.

Greens leader Bob Brown introduced the Dalai Lama to an auditorium packed with people.

Senator Brown said that the Dalai Lama came from a land of terrible repression with no freedom, a place where even having his photograph could see a citizen sent to jail.

"He comes from the great plateau of the planet - he won a Nobel Peace Prize which extends beyond peace to his love of this beautiful, blue planet," Senator Brown said.

St Helens District School English and social studies teacher Steven Park led a group of 20 students from the East Coast town to the event. The Dalai Lama and his entourage flew to Melbourne last night to continue his 10-day Australian lecture tour.

California Welfare Recipients Earn $70,000 a Month!

Jimmy Swaggart has trouble telling the truth and his wife Frances Swaggart has trouble grasping the truth.

For those who don't recall, back in the 1980s Jimmy Swaggart was the largest televangelist in the world. If he hadn't been caught with the ladies of the night, he might've become the leader of the conservative church political movement, overshadowing fellow evangelists Pat Robertson and Jerry Falwell. [There's always been some talk that Falwell and Robertson had a hand in his downfall, as they also did with Jim Bakker.] The Swaggart scandal killed his ministry as did his public confession, "YES I SINNED BUT SEND ME YOUR MONEY." He faded from the spotlight until about four years ago he started the Sonlight Network beaming 24/7/365. It features only him, his family members, and his staff from his unaccredited Bible College that preaches his so-called Message of The Cross. He claims that only he and a few churches are preaching the only way to God. [Shades of the Westboro Baptist Church but without protesting at funerals?] According to Jimmy Swaggart, the rest of us are headed for hell.

Personally, I feel he's headed for a cult label. I tried to attend one of his yearly camp meetings but as time went by, I could see cracks showing in church. The last time there one of his staff members, who happens to be a reader of the EYE, started to feed me information, which I'll be sharing over time.

Mrs. Frances Swaggart has a daily weekday show called Frances & Friends. According to her site, "…we take a biblical approach to current issues facing the church today. Programs deal with false doctrine, world events, and answer viewer and listener questions." One of her favorite topics is welfare and its drain on the wealthy. A California man called in and said he couldn't go back to work even though he was offered his old job, which paid him $50,000 a year. Why not work? Because he was getting $70,000 a month in welfare benefits. For the remainder of her segment, Frances and her panel was just in arms about this.

$70,000 A MONTH? I was shocked. That adds up to $840,000 a year. Even OctoMom Nadya Suleman, the mother of 14, only gets $2,800 per month. The man had to be living in Beverly Hills or Santa Monica. Is this one of the reasons the state of California is having financial difficulties? Is every welfare recipient from all over the US moving to California to earn $840,000 a year and get that welfare Cadillac sung about in the 60s?

The only issue is – it's not true. In fact, California is one of the hardest states to file for welfare as they're trying to combat welfare fraud. They use many tools such as fingerprinting welfare recipients and computer searches for assets and duplicate applications.

So we have to ask why would they make such false statements? Jimmy and Frances claim to have three houses and six luxury cars. They have a staff of 300 including a Bible college, a private Christian academy, and even a preschool.

Guess there is never enough money when it comes to evangelistic organizations. And Jimmy Swaggart can't tell the truth about it.

A day after the March telethon in which Jimmy Swaggart Ministries [JSM] raises funds to pay for network airtime via cable and satellite, he stated that he wanted to thank the viewers for raising 3.2 million dollars.

Sounds nice huh? But it's not true - they raised 3.2 million in PLEDGES, not cash.

-  The ministry requires people to send in cash or checks. They don't accept credit or debit cards.

- They know that 3.2 million won't be sent in. People forget to send it, or they were caught up in the begging that takes place and suddenly that generous $1,000 pledge turns into $100 or $50 or maybe it never is sent in at all. Plus, JSM doesn’t really need that 3.2 million dollars.

Only the family and accounting staff ever know how much they actually need. They know what percentage won't be sent and they know how much they need to cover the costs. If more than enough is sent in – that's fine and dandy.

It's also a way to make money for their separate business as they offer a token to the people who donate.

Give away a book the ministry buys it from the publishing/printing arm.

Give away a CD or DVD--no issue at all, as they produce their own. They press all CDs and DVDS and they even print the CD and DVD labels and covers. In fact, they've been known to print and wrap DVDs and CDs in the past so they make even more money for themselves.

In time, more secrets will be revealed.

What Happens During and Before Armageddon and End Times?

Hello my para beauties! I trust you had a amazing weekend and those you love are healthy. I've been asked more to touch on this subject which can get a bit dicey. This is my opinion and interpretation of what I read in the Gospel. So here we go....

Acts 4:12
Those that say the Book of Revelation has already happened base it on the assumption that Nero is the Anti-Christ and the mark of the beast (666) is representative of his name. The problem with that. The first verse of the first chapter " The revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show his servants WHAT MUST SOON TAKE PLACE. He made it known by sending his angel to his servant John" (Revelation 1:1) This is not a history lesson, but a prophecy. Then there are those who will assume "soon take place" to mean immediately, but the whole book is not an immediate. There are some things that began at that point, and other things that will have to happen at a later date "After this I looked, and there before me was a door standing open in heaven. And the voice I had first heard speaking to me like a trumpet said, "Come up here, and I will show you what must take place after this." (Revelation 4:1) There are a lot things from that point on that have not happened. The tribulation has not occurred, and Jesus has not returned.


THE EARTH SOMETIME IN THE NEAR FUTURE WILL BECOME A GARDEN OF EDEN OR PARADISE WHERE PEOPLE CAN LIVE IN PEACE & SECURITY.

ARMAGEDDON IS SIMPLY GODS WAR TO CLEAN THE EARTH OF WICKED PEOPLE & ALL BAD THINGS THAT EXIST, & PEOPLE WHOSE WORSHIP IS UNACCEPTABLE TO HIM.

Why, though, would God wage a global war? Armageddon is closely related to one of his cardinal qualities, justice. The Bible declares: “God is a lover of justice.” He has seen all the acts of injustice perpetrated during man’s history. This naturally provokes his righteous displeasure. Thus, he has appointed his Son to wage a just war in order to do away with this entire wicked system.

Only God is capable of waging a truly just and truly selective war during which righthearted individuals on earth, will be preserved. And only Almighty God has the right to impose his sovereignty over all the earth, for it is his creation.

What happens to those that survive? No one needs to perish during Armageddon. The apostle Peter observed: “God, does not desire any to be destroyed but desires all to attain to repentance.” And the apostle Paul stated that God’s “will is that all sorts of men should be saved and come to an accurate knowledge of truth.”

Consider the good Har–Magedon promises to achieve, godly humanity’s peaceful future on this planet, no more pollution, no more war, no more poverty, no more disease or even death. God promises: “Look! I am making all things new.” Revelation 21:3,4

The one's living in a Paradise Earth will be the survivors of Armageddon, and the one's that will be resurrected & obey the rules that are layed out by Jesus Christ.

The last 7 years of the age or dispensation of grace has begun (Eph. 3:2).

[22,23,24 and 25] Jesus opens the first 5 seals of Revelation during the first 3 ½ years of The Antichrist Covenant week (Dan. 9:24-27; Rev. 6:1-11).

1.5 billion [more] people die from: war, famine, plagues and the beasts of the earth [hungry because of the famine (Rev. 6:7-8)].

False Christs [false Messiahs claiming to be anointed] shall arise. There will be wars, rumors of wars, nation against nation [ethnic group against ethnic group] , kingdom against kingdom, famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in divers places. Jewish Christians shall be called on the carpet for their faith because of the now restored Law of Moses in Israel, which is at peace with the Antichrist, killed, and shall become the most hated people on the earth for sake of the name of Jesus. The Jewish Church [especially] shall be plagued with offense, betrayal and hatred; false prophets shall arise and deceive many; sin shall run rampant and the love of many shall wax cold (Matt. 24:5-12; c/p. 2 Thes. 2:3; 2 Tim. 3:1-5; 1 Tim. 4:1-3; 2 Pet. 3:3-4; 1 John 2:18-22; 4:1-3; Jude 3-4; 11-19)

The great falling away in the Church at large prophesied in 2 Thessalonians 2:3 gains momentum, as many Christians become offended at God when widespread persecution and killing of Christians increases, and the Church is not Raptured [caught away] before these things begin [see Two Prerequisites for the Rapture from The Thessalonian Letters In Verse Outline; see also The Offended Prophet from Seven Prophetic Pictures of the Rapture for an example of what can happen to God's people when they allow offense to take hold of their life].

· Mystery Babylon of the revised Roman Empire—its religious harlot—secures a lock hold on at least 10 of the governments of the old Roman Empire (Rev. 17) [See Rev. 17:9-10, The Book of Revelation In Verse-By-Verse Outline; see also Endnote #28 and 29 on Revelation 17:18, The Chronological Revelation ].

· The gospel of the kingdom is preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations, and then the end comes (Matt. 24:14). [Just as happened in the Book of Acts, it is persecution of the Church that causes the gospel to be fully preached in all the world (c/p. Acts 8:1-4)].

· The Church began as a Jewish church on the day of Pentecost. There will be a latter day ingathering harvest of Jews back into the Body of Christ before the return of Jesus (Exo. 23:14-16, Rev. 6:9-11; c/p. Matt.20:16).

· The great prostituting whore city of the revised Roman Empire—Mystery Babylon—is destroyed by the 10-horn confederacy of revised Roman nations (see Rev. 17:16, The Book of Revelation In Verse-By-Verse Outline). The 10 horn / kings of revised Rome then give their power, strength and kingdom to the Antichrist. The revived Grecian Empire is thus formed (see Rev. 17:10-11, The Book of Revelation In Verse-By-Verse Outline). [See also, The Mystery of Mystery Babylon Revealed,]

The Rapture of the Church at Midweek

· Between the 5th and 6th seals of Revelation the Church is raptured; it is seen for the first time in heaven in Revelation 7:9, having been "snatched out" of the earth during the great tribulation [literally, the tribulation, the great: the first 3 ½ years of The Antichrist Covenant week]: caught up to meet the Lord in the air (Rev. 7:14; 1 Thes. 4:15-17. See also The Midst of the Feast, and The Body of Christ from Seven Prophetic Pictures of the Rapture).

· Jesus opens the 6th seal: all creation praises the Lord. The rocks cry out! (Luke 19:40; Rom. 8:19-21). All men remaining on the earth know the wrath of God has come—because they can't find any Christians! [see Rev. 6:12-17, The Book of Revelation In Verse-By-Verse Outline ]
