The Dalai Lama on Reincarnation, Part 3

By The Dalai Lama

Continued from The Dalai Lama on Reincarnation, Part 1
The Dalai Lama on Reincarnation, Part 2

The system of recognizing reincarnations in Tibet

Past and future lives were asserted in the indigenous Tibetan Bon tradition before the arrival of Buddhism. And since the spread of Buddhism in Tibet, virtually all Tibetans have believed in past and future lives. Investigating the reincarnations of many spiritual masters who upheld the Dharma, as well as the custom of praying devotedly to them, flourished everywhere in Tibet. Many authentic scriptures, indigenous Tibetan books such as the Mani Kabum and the Fivefold Kathang Teachings and others like the The Books of Kadam Disciples and the Jewel Garland: Responses to Queries, which were recounted by the glorious, incomparable Indian master Dipankara Atisha in the 11th century in Tibet, tell stories of the reincarnations of Arya Avalokiteshvara, the Bodhisattva of compassion. However, the present tradition of formally recognizing the reincarnations of masters first began in the early 13th century with the recognition of Karmapa Pagshi as the reincarnation of Karmapa Dusum Khyenpa by his disciples in accordance with his prediction. Since then, there have been seventeen Karmapa incarnations over more than nine hundred years. Similarly, since the recognition of Kunga Sangmo as the reincarnation of Khandro Choekyi Dronme in the 15th century there have been more than ten incarnations of Samding Dorje Phagmo. So, among the Tulkus recognized in Tibet there are monastics and lay tantric practitioners, male and female. This system of recognizing the reincarnations gradually spread to other Tibetan Buddhist traditions, and Bon, in Tibet. Today, there are recognized Tulkus in all the Tibetan Buddhist traditions, the Sakya, Geluk, Kagyu and Nyingma, as well as Jonang and Bodong, who serve the Dharma. It is also evident that amongst these Tulkus some are a disgrace.

The omniscient Gedun Drub, who was a direct disciple of Je Tsongkhapa, founded Tashi Lhunpo Monastery in Tsang and took care of his students. He passed away in 1474 at the age of 84. Although initially no efforts were made to identify his reincarnation, people were obliged to recognize a child named Sangye Chophel, who had been born in Tanak, Tsang (1476), because of what he had to say about his amazing and flawless recollections of his past life. Since then, a tradition began of searching for and recognizing the successive reincarnations of the Dalai Lamas by the Gaden Phodrang Labrang and later the Gaden Phodrang Government.

The ways of recognizing reincarnations

After the system of recognizing Tulkus came into being, various procedures for going about it began to develop and grow. Among these some of the most important involve the predecessor’s predictive letter and other instructions and indications that might occur; the reincarnation’s reliably recounting his previous life and speaking about it; identifying possessions belonging to the predecessor and recognizing people who had been close to him. Apart from these, additional methods include asking reliable spiritual masters for their divination as well as seeking the predictions of mundane oracles, who appear through mediums in trance, and observing the visions that manifest in sacred lakes of protectors like Lhamoi Latso, a sacred lake south of Lhasa.

When there happens to be more than one prospective candidate for recognition as a Tulku, and it becomes difficult to decide, there is a practice of making the final decision by divination employing the dough-ball method (zen tak) before a sacred image while calling upon the power of truth.

Emanation before the passing away of the predecessor (ma-dhey tulku)

Usually a reincarnation has to be someone’s taking rebirth as a human being after previously passing away. Ordinary sentient beings generally cannot manifest an emanation before death (ma-dhey tulku), but superior Bodhisattvas, who can manifest themselves in hundreds or thousands of bodies simultaneously, can manifest an emanation before death. Within the Tibetan system of recognizing Tulkus there are emanations who belong to the same mind-stream as the predecessor, emanations who are connected to others through the power of karma and prayers, and emanations who come as a result of blessings and appointment.

The main purpose of the appearance of a reincarnation is to continue the predecessor’s unfinished work to serve Dharma and beings. In the case of a Lama who is an ordinary being, instead of having a reincarnation belonging to the same mind-stream, someone else with connections to that Lama through pure karma and prayers may be recognized as his or her emanation. Alternatively it is possible for the Lama to appoint a successor who is either his disciple or someone young who is to be recognized as his emanation. Since these options are possible in the case of an ordinary being, an emanation before death that is not of the same mind-stream is feasible. In some cases one high Lama may have several reincarnations simultaneously, such as incarnations of body, speech and mind and so on. In recent times, there have been well-known emanations before death such as Dudjom Jigdral Yeshe Dorje and Chogye Trichen Ngawang Khyenrab.

Next week will be part 4, the final part of this reincarnation blog series.

Bad Psychics with Bad Intentions – Wednesday, August 21, 2013

A few weeks ago, we had our first installment of Bad Psychics Exposed: Find Out How Naughty They Are! [http://www.blogtalkradio.com/god-discussion/2013/07/11/bad-psychics-exposed--find-out-how-naughty-they-are]. People loved it and we didn’t cover a fraction of the information we want to share with the public.

So this week we’ll return to the subject of Bad Psychics with Bad Intentions.

Topics we’ll cover:

-What does the Bible say about psychics?

- Psychics busted by the cops should’ve seen it coming.

- Psychics selling magic candles. The only magic taking place is their wallets getting fatter.

- More information about heaven from none other than Sylvia Browne.

- A psychic claims that only 200 people in the world, including her kids, can fly to heaven -- but you can’t!

- Psychic refuses to help crime victims but is happy to work with the police as long as the cameras are rolling.

- Psychic fails test on air and claims young crime victim is dead. She’s channeling her spirit all the time yet the victim was alive and lived through her terrible ordeal.

- James Van Praagh is one of the better-known false psychics. It’s time someone exposes him and we will.

And more!

As a weekly feature, Kirby will also share some book reviews and recommendations, as well as his infamous incredible "BAD BAD Thing Awards."

Showtime begins at 7 PM [PST] or 10 PM [EST].  See this page for more information: http://www.blogtalkradio.com/god-discussion

Incubus and Succubus

Subject Contains Graphic Nature. 18 And Up Is Advised.....

Keep in mind some of this is Legend, Myth, some Christian Mythology and my humble opinion. No one really knows for sure. Some content is true by the laws of the bible but to many who have different religious or non religious faith will view differently. In addition it can be interpreted differently by each person as well. I was asked about” how many demons had been confined by God?” I can’t answer that other than with these verses. Some are confined (2 Peter 2:4) but many are active in the world. (Matthew 12:43-45). They only seek to go against the purposes of God. (Ephesians 6:11-13), they promote their own system of doctrine. (1 Timothy 4:1), they can inflict diseases (Matthew 9:23) and possess the bodies of men and of some animals. (Matthew 4:244:2), Mark 5:13.

OK...according to Legend, Incubus and Succubus manifest themselves during the nocturnal hours, preying on the victim when they are sleeping, although there have been some cases where females have actually been sexually assaulted while fully awake. Any female who undergoes an incubus sexual assault will not awaken, although she may experience it in a dream. It was said If she becomes pregnant, the child will grow inside her as any normal child except that it will have supernatural powers. The child grows into a evil character or a powerful wizard. According to legend, it is said that the magician Merlin was the result of physical contact between an incubus and a nun.

A succubus is the female version, and she seduces men. According legend, the incubus and the succubus were fallen angels. The word incubus is Latin for "nightmare". Succubus in medieval European folklore, a female demon who sets out to seek men in their sleep to have Ghostly Intercourse. The man who falls victim to a succubus will not awaken, although may experience it while in the dream state. Some believe there was a biblical Lilith believed to be the first wife to Adam before Eve. She is said to also have been the very first succubus on earth. There is a version of Lilith in all religions in the world. These creatures usually from what I have read have different names, such as Marilith or Lilitu.

Just as is the case with the succubus, there are also many legends about incubus but these are not be confused with succubi which is the plural of succubus. The incubi are said to be fallen angels in Judeo Christianity who fell to earth because they had sex with mortal women. It has been said that pregnancy has been blamed on these creatures as a way out of cheating and or sex out of wedlock.

This subject could go on and on. This is so much more to this so feel free to Google and research. I touched base on this subject as best as I could in a nutshell. I hope to those who emailed me have a better basis on where to start but lets not obsess over Demons too much. Giving them too much attention can be dangerous in my humble opinion.

Next week we will discuss Angels and Angelology. As always if you have any questions (you can be anonymous) or any concerns, prayer requests or help, you can contact me via email at biblicaldemonologist@gmail.com or1Demonologychic at Twitter. I will do my best to answer and/or help you to the best of my knowledge and abilities. Wishing all a fabulous and blessed week!

Can We Access the Mind of God?

By Reverend Mark Hunnemann

"Fundamentalists in any religion are literalists. ...they're cocky enough to think they believe they have access to the mind of God. " (pg 11,) These words come from a novel I just got from the dollar store (!), "Adam and Eve" by Sena Naslund--hailed as one of the most imaginative and inspired writers of our time, with keen insights into the human condition. Only a few chapters in, and I can tell she is exceptionally gifted, but it is the quote that I want to direct our attention to. As we are in a series on developing a biblical worldview, she raises THE key issue of anyone's worldview--what is our ultimate authority?

Her novels, as a bestselling author, are both reflecting and shaping our culture, as are innumerable other influences. Certainly the line I quoted reflects the ethos of America in 2013 (as opposed to 1913 when God speaking to us was not an issue) Whether we have access to the mind of God or not effects everything--and I mean everything!

At first glace, especially in a society that has swallowed relativism hook, line, and sinker, the claim to have access to the mind of God does sound cocky or arrogant...even dangerous. The fictitious book speaks of two recent finds which will hopefully nullify the madness of religious literalists, who are seen as plunging mankind into a third world war if not stopped--extraterrestrial life and a document which proves that Moses was not the author of Genesis. The hero/heroine believe these two finds will gut the worlds three major religions. I have to fight the urge to follow this bunny trail (very significant bunny trail!), but gotta stay on task. Back to the "madness of accessing God's mind"...

Puny, finite humans know the mind of the Infinite?! That is lunacy....or is it? You see, it is instructive that this same character, a few pages later,  asserts with certainty that "God is ineffable"..which means it is impossible to express what God is like. At least she is consistent with the "no access" assumption--if we have no access to what God is thinking, then we are left with the ash heap of agnosticism. An ineffable God is of no use to anybody...up there swimming in blissful unknowingness and unknowability. Very different from the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ!

Let me shift gears and share a text of scripture (which claims to reveal the mind of God!) Speaking to Pilate Jesus said,"For this purpose I was born and for this purpose I have come into the world--to bear witness to the truth. Everyone who is of the truth listens to My voice." Pilate said to Him, "What is truth?" (John 18:37-38) As the truth, Jesus fulfills the teaching of the OT (Jn1:17) and reveals the true God (1:14,17;5:33). Jesus states that the reason He was born, was not just to die for our sins (praise God He did!), but also to reveal truth regarding God. That is why we have access to the mind of God--Jesus is God incarnate who revealed God. Truth is not just data... Truth is a Person! The bible, and supremely in Jesus, the mind of God is revealed. For modern men and women, this is an especially astonishing and beautiful fact. An ineffable God--by definition-- cannot be known or enjoyed.

In our discussions (this is key) with folks regarding the truth of Christianity, we need to address precisely this question--do they think it is possible to access the mind of God? Why/why not? You may have to raise to their conscience awareness that which has been unconsciously assumed for years. For us, God and the bible is our source of ultimate truth...what is theirs? (autonomous experience, intuition, observation, and so on). Everybody has an ultimate source, authority, or guide. If they mock the notion of accessing the mind of God, are they aware of the horror of great intellectual darkness that that leads to? And, what is their alternative? This is epistemology--the nature of knowledge-and far too often we argue over the evidence before discussing presuppositions which color how we see the data/evidence--and we end up talking past each other.

One quick proviso: we cannot know the mind of God exhaustively or comprehensively, but we can know His mind accurately or truly. God is infinite and we are finite, but He has made us personal beings like Himself. He could not give us access to His mind by speaking His Trinitarian language (we could not understand it), but there is no reason why He could not speak to us via the medium of our, human language--Hebrew and Greek--translated to English. In other words, God's infinity is not an insuperable barrier (as many folks assert) to meaningful and accurate self-disclosure to His image-bearers. Jesus tells us in the above text that we do have access to the mind of God, and the cockiness lies in the autonomous thinking of those who deny this wondrous fact. In light of God' gracious self-revelation, humility is NOT synonymous with uncertainty regarding the truth in the bible. Psalm 119 (the longest chapter in the bible) is one, long celebration of the fact that we can access the mind of God in the written Word.

However, note Pilate's reply--ironically, he was charged with determining the truth in this matter, but he glibly dismisses the relevance of truth in the very presence of the One who IS TRUTH INCARNATE. (Jn 14:6) Evidently, Pilate assumes that Jesus is merely a babbler of philosophical abstractions. He asks, "What is truth?" but he does not wait for an answer from the only One who could answer that question. It seems that Pilate neither expected nor wanted a reply to his rhetorical question..he spun around and walked away. Pilate gives us a clear picture of how NOT to pursue spiritual truth. That is, he shows that he is not an honest seeker of truth. And if one unthinkingly presupposes that we cannot have access to the mind of God, then that is being intellectually dishonest.

A glib response to attempts of explanation of the truth is very common, and is a guage of how honest one is in their seeking of paranormal/spiritual truth. Being a writer and author I am painfully aware of this dismissive tendency....but what joy when the truth connects, and some say that the truth actually saved their lives!

Prov. 1:7 says that the fear of the Lord is the beginning of knowledge...and also wisdom. This is wonderful! "Knowledge" in Hebrew is the idea of an accurate understanding of the nature of the world--seen and unseen. A deep reverence for God, and reliance upon His revealed Word, enables us to see the paranormal through His eyes...thinking His thoughts after Him.. "Wisdom" is knowing how to apply that knowledge in life in a way that is pleasing to God. But both knowledge and wisdom are only possible due to having access to the mind of God. And again, this is the centerpiece of our worldview.

My plea with you is to realize that there are millions of folks who are wandering blind in a paranormal wasteland--they were promised the wonderment of benevolent spirit guides and direct spiritual experience, but instead are under a crushing load of darkness and demonic oppression (or worse).Like heroin, the paranormal is a lie... They NEED for us to really take seriously that we do have access to the mind of God. . Will you follow Jesus or Pilate?

Bad Bad Thing Award Goes to Gordon Klingenschmitt for Exorcising Obama on TV

By Kirby Robinson

Former Navy Chaplain
Gordon Klingenschmitt

Former Navy Chaplain Gordon Klingenschmitt, host of The Pray In Jesus Name TV Show, tries to cast out the demon who lives in President Obama. This is a bad bad thing.

We wonder why the mainstream media makes fun of Christians?

Klingenschmitt is no stranger to performing public exorcisms. According to The Huffington Post: "Klingenschmitt, of course, is no stranger to expressing anti-LGBT views. In 2012, the former Navy chaplain came forward with claims that he was able to actually "exorcise" homosexuality out of individuals on an installment of 'The David Pakman Show.'"

Now he’s trying to publicly exorcise President Obama. Here’s the story:

Do you know of a para-celeb, psychic, ghost hunter, demon chaser, or false teacher who’s eligible for the award? You can take part by sending us a name and why you think they should receive the BAD BAD THING award. Contact freeallspirits@live.com for more information.

Issue 130 – Paranormal Potpourri & Chip Coffey Email Extravaganza

By Kirby Robinson

Paranormal potpourri is really beginning to smell! We have fake psychics, mad psychics, paranormal radio show hosts putting their nose and lips in places they shouldn’t. And there are more fake para-reality shows flooding the channels.

Listen to tonight’s radio show The False Prophets of Dominionism [7 PST/ 10 EST]

Mark Your Calendars ~ August 28 Eye on the Paranormal Radio Show Special Program

We’ll spend 2 hours on the topics of the Amityville Horror Haunting and so-called The Conjuring [the movie about Perron family haunting]. We’ll expose the fakery behind the Amityville Horror, The Haunting in Connecticut and my concerns about them.

Don’t miss it, as we’ll talk about things that no one else will dare to discuss.

Fake Para-Reality TV Floods the Airwaves

A&E has returned to the land of fake reality TV. After Paranormal State departed from its lineup in 2011, the network washed their hands of paranormal programming. But it seems that they’ve decided to bite from the wormy apple with two new entries: Psychic Tia and American Haunting.

American Haunting comes from the same production company, Go Go Luckey Entertainment, that gave us Paranormal State. The first three episodes are a mash up of the mockumentary style movies Paranormal Activity [all parts] with Paranormal State. Three families are under siege by demons, ghosts, or sheer boredom. So they turn to the production company for help and a fame infusion. Over the next few weeks, we’ll debunk the claims of the families, the production team, and the so-called experts.

Psychic Tia features a New Jersey psychic/witch by the name of Tia Belle who was featured in the fake reality show Real Housewives of New Jersey. Tia’s stolen Theresa Caputo’s act and tries her best but fails at everything.

Not to be outdone the Biography Channel has brought back Ghost Inside My Child the show that is so bad they can’t get anything right about reincarnation. It succeeds in exploiting children whose parents have ulterior motives of pushing fake stories. We’ll be debunking this show as well.

Dave Schrader Inserts Nose & Lips in Places They Don’t Belong

I no longer listen to Mr. Schrader as he has as little credibility due to the fake para-celebs and fake psychics that he endlessly promotes. If a psychic said he had three heads Dave would buy it.

In a letter that he sent me once, he stated that he tries to uncover deceptions in the paranormal field. He gave me an example of such a show he did several years ago, but hasn’t done anything since then. [In the same letter he suggested that if I behave myself he’d let me back on his show as a guest.] Since then if any psychic makes a claim it’s true in his eyes.

Last month on his show Darkness at the Edge of Town, Dave spent 2 hours with such questionable psychics as Chip Coffey, Amy Lynn, and Chris Fleming. He fails to inform listeners of the relationships he has with the three: professional, personal, etc. The bigger they become the more he profits from them. In the following interviews, he pushes their websites and appearances. However, not once does he ever question any of their claims on coming to terms with a sixth sense.

Hour 1

Hour 2

Klinge Brothers Coming to ScareFest – Scaring You Out of Your Money!

We wonder why ScareFest [run by Patti Starr a very good friend to Chip Coffey] a paranormal convention invites the Klinge Brothers. Mid South, considered a more respectable venue, refused to have them. We noticed this press release:

Galenas Murder Bordello Please join the Klinge Brothers as well as Chip Coffey as they debut their new DVD project at this year’s ScareFest in Lexington, KY. We’ll be attending a booth where you can purchase the newly released DVD as well as attend lectures by both the Klinge Brothers and Chip Coffey . Hope to see you there!!!!!

The press release confuses us as Chip Coffey claims all he has to do with this is the investigation of the site and nothing about peddling the documentary.

The Chip Coffey Email Extravaganza

We had this post from Chip Coffey’s Facebook page sent to us:

Cousin Kenny & I were talking about a couple of nasty individuals who have "teamed up" to create drama. I said "Birds of a feather flock together." Cousin Kenny's comeback: "And crazy people always seem to find each other." Needless to say, I LMAO.

Guess it had something to do with a very interesting exchange that took place last night:

Carolyn McLean
"Eye of the Paranormal"
Re: Kinge Brothers D.V.D. in Galena, Kansas....
The Klinge's "caught faking it again" this time with the History of our small mining town. They did not interview one even Historian.. Not only that but they are charging "paranormal" groups $525/12hr. night 10 people... No Murders! No Stafflebacks! No haunting s, that I have ever heard
They are still using the "Ghost Lab" stuff like they still have the show.. It ran for 2009-2011... Short lived fame but are still using the name.. They retired and went back to their regular jobs.. Now they are back at it again.. Poor way to re-start a career with the lie's about our Little historic town.. They are going down like Russell Keeler did..
It looks like "Selena Roane" has jumped ship....

Seems to me that it would be wise for "Chip Coffey" & Michael Wallis (the commentator) to jump ship before their credibility is ruined like "Russell Keeler"...and the Klinge Brothers..
If they chose to go down with the ship... they were warned!

Monday 8:41am Chip Coffey
Carolyn, I have received several emails from you and yes, I am aware of your ongoing battle with the folks at the bordello and with others in your lovely little town. I am not in the least bit interested in becoming involved in any squabbles that are taking place in Galena. I do, however, kindly ask that you not post "threats" toward me, such as the closing sentence in your last email: "If they chose to go down with the ship... they were warned!" I'm sure you are a very nice lady and I sincerely do not want to have any difficulties with you. All the best, Chip

NOTE - Chip refers to a threat when there is none. To say going down with the ship is a very common phrase. For example, “if the boss doesn’t change his ways the company won’t make money it will close so he will go down with the ship.” There is no implication of a physical threat.

Chip
Just so you realize that the Stafflebacks never lived in that house.
That charging $525/12 hr. night 10 people on t "Plain Ordinary House".... No Murders! No Stafflebacks! No rumor ever that the house was haunted! Ripping off the "Unsuspecting" public for tourism and money is wrong and you have got to know that.
I suspect that you are a good man and hate to see you get messed up with the Klinge's....
You know that "Brad Klinge" refused to let the Historian's and the true story Author Larry Wood on the film... He did not go to the Historical Soc. to check out anything but went on national television and told bald faced lies.. along with Lisa Martin, Russell Keeler, and Michael Wallis... 50 murders and that it was the "Staffleback" house.. After I had told all of the better the first of May..
The Stafflebacks were convicted of one murder and it was not pre-mediated...
God Bless Carolyn

Chip came back with:

9:39am Chip Coffey
Like I said earlier, I really don't want any involvement in issues that really have nothing to do with me. I know that you are very passionate about Galena and its history. That being said, I do not believe that anyone associated with the "bordello" has any ill will or bad intention toward the town. In fact, I think that in their own way, they are trying to help revitalize the economy. Lots of places have "haunted attractions" and some of them are rife with urban legends and certain historical "inaccuracies." Tourists who visit those areas -- Savannah, GA - Tombstone, AZ - Gettysburg, PA - just to name a few -- add much-needed revenue to local businesses. That's the truth, despite the fact that you disagree with the process. When all is said-and-done...and in the long run...does this sully a town? Undoubtedly not.
I'm almost certain we will never see eye-to-eye on these issues, but I hope that you will consider looking at all sides of the issues.
And since you have offered me words of warning as to whom I associate with, may I also offer YOU a gentle warning to be careful of those with whom you associate yourself.
Take good care.

NOTE: So in Mr. Coffey’s thinking an urban myth isn’t a lie. If it’s not the truth it has to false.
And if a place makes money on a lie that is okay.

10:38am Carolyn McLean
Chip The issue's only have to do with you at Galena...and the D.V.D. The D.V.D. is not the "TRUE" history of Galena according to my conversation with Brian Jordon and the Mayor.. I told Brian Jordon that the "wagon" and other parts of the film were not the true story and he said that he was going to do it anyway..
As far as the "LEGEND" part... There were legends on the "Stafflebacks" and plenty of them.
But the house on Front Street was never associated with the Legend of the "Stafflebacks" until Russell Keeler in June of 2010 called Dave and Kathy Alexander of "Kansas Legends" and had them put the picture with the legend...
You mention "Tombstone".....I have heard about the Klinge brothers faking and getting found out in about five minutes..
You don't revitalize the community with "Lie's that make the town look greedy...

Pretty Little Town with Dirty Little Secrets.. Yes, Chip it degrades our town to look cheap, like liers and greedy....
I cannot believe that you would condone telling lie's for money.. That is deceitful and disgraceful...
As long as you know the truth that makes you responsible... If you keep it to yourself for your profit.... You are wrong...
What would Jesus do?
I wish you the best but am so disappointed that you "know" the truth and go along with it...
God Bless Carolyn 10:41am Carolyn McLean
P.S. Are you all going to another small town and try and change their history for Profit? Refuse to talk to the Historian's?

Chip replies:

10:56am Chip Coffey
I said NOTHING about telling lies or condoning it. Please do not "put words in my mouth." I said urban legends abound in certain locales. Do I know the "TRUTH" about what happened in Galena? Nope. Do I care about what happened in Galena? No disrespect meant, but not so much.
I have tried to be nice to you, but honestly, you've become obsessed with this whole issue and those "involved" in it. And you do realize that when you post on numerous website about this issue, you are actually HELPING to promote the bordello, right???
In the long run, very few people -- those involved in the paranormal and tourists -- really gives a s#!t about whether or not the Stafflebacks lived in the house or killed anyone in the house that is now called the bordello. Believe me when I say that Galena's "image" is not being ruined. Quite the contrary in fact.
I will advise you to take care in accusing others of misdeeds. (ie: accusations about the Klinge Brothers faking paranormal evidence, etc.) There are legal ramifications possible when anyone maligns others via slander, libel and defamation. I would hate to see you get into legal battles because of statements made against others.
Once again, I have no interest in debating with you about these issues.
All the best...

If one Googles the Klinge Brothers or their former show Ghost Lab with such words as fake, fake evidence, and hoax, you’ll find that many others have pointed out issues with their so-called paranormal evidence.

Monday 3:21pm Carolyn McLean
No laws about that when you tell the "TRUTH".... You cannot sue someone for telling the truth! And the truth always comes out! Some people just don't know what truth is.. Charging someone $525....on a fake murder bordello is........ "Conspiracy to Commit Fraud".. and is against the law... 3:23pm Carolyn McLean
I wish to converse with you no more...
I will wait until someone pays $525 and no ghosts and that will take care of that... also wait for the DVD to come out and see what is done about that..

Chip closes with this:

3:31pm Chip Coffey
Please stop making threats, Ms. McLean.

3:33pm Chip Coffey
To the best of my knowledge, there is no conspiracy to commit fraud. At least not on my part. I investigated a reportedly haunted location in a small Kansas town. That's it. By the way, it is my belief that ghosts/spirits are everywhere...even an old house on the main drag in Galena.

I’m happy to offer my radio show on Wednesday, September 4th to Chip Coffey to call in and be a guest. He can come on and we can air this all out on the Eye on the Paranormal Radio Show. Chip can email me at freeallspirits@live.com and we can set this up.

Next week -- even more paranormal madness.

Jim Bakker & His Merry Band of False Prophets Want World Dominion, Part 2 – Wednesday, August 14, 2013

On last week’s show, we started to get into the subject of Jim Bakker as we gave a very comprehensive overview of Dominionism and the dangers of it.

This week we’ll do a very quick overview of what the signs of a true prophet are. We’ll explore the subject of false prophecies that Bakker and his friends predict.

Nestled in the Ozark Mountains about 20 miles from Branson, Missouri is the new home of Jim Bakker. Back in the 1980s, he played a leading role in spreading the name it and claim it ministry—a/k/a/ the prosperity gospel--which means if you’re rich God loves you. But if you’re poor it’s your own fault.

From Heritage USA to the peacefully named Morningside, this is the home of Jim’s new ministry. He doesn’t focus on get rich, get into heaven anymore. Now Jim has embraced a new gospel consisting of:

- End Times teaching
- Conspiracy theories
- Hyper-Grace
- Prophetic teaching

If his new gospel consisted of the above four subjects, I could look past it. However, if you take the time to peel back the layers of deceptions, you uncover something very shocking.

- He’s teaching Dominion or Kingdom Now gospel. This means that Christians have the right, if not the responsibility, to run every aspect of government, culture, science, and religion.

- The false prophet industry is on the rise. Just as many Americans have gone new age and psychic crazy, numerous charismatic churches promote the prophet business. The church no longer tests you but gives you every opportunity to cash in—write a book, costar on Jim’s show, etc.

- Doom & Gloom. We’re in the final stages of the End Times! Nobody ever told me they’d already started! Blood will gush down the streets, cities will burn, and there will be no food on the shelves, no power, and no water. But don’t worry! If you fork over the money, Bakker will send you enough food to last for 20 years! He’ll sell you a generator. And even better than that, he claims he’s working on a water making device!

For the next two shows, we’ll take a deeper look into the world of Jim Bakker and the Dominion/Kingdom Now gospel. We’ll discuss what a prophet is, and is a prophet and a psychic the same thing? We’ll look at the false prophets that Jim Bakker promotes to the world via his show. You’ll learn more about:

John Kilpatrick

Cindy and Mike Jacobs

Bishop Ron Webb

Rick Joyner

Jonathan Cahn

Nathan Morris

And several others.

As a weekly feature, Kirby will also share some book reviews and recommendations, as well as his infamous incredible "BAD BAD Thing Awards."

Showtime begins at 7 PM or 10 PM EST.  See this page for more information:
