Act of Smudging -- Witchcraft Ritual

During this blog I hope to help you understand how Witchcraft is not only false but very dangerous.  Many of the diabolic cases I have worked are the result of Witchcraft which was done not only in the bloodline, but also by those who sought out Deliverance from the demonic forces that were upon them.  So what caused these people to seek out witchcraft in the first place when they know of Lord Jesus Christ as well as God the Father?

So let us begin shall we.  What is witchcraft? Is this the same as Wicca? Is it a form of Satan worship, as critics allege? Or can witches be good? Can they really cast spells that somehow call forth the spirits beyond the world of nature to help them accomplish their will – whether good or evil? Is magic real? Why do witches often perform their ceremonies naked? And most of all, why do so many people today aspire to be witches?

So the answers to these questions are Witchcraft and Wicca are the same.  Both are satanic worship at its finest (worship of the creation vs. the creator).  There is no such thing as a good or bad witch, they are witches.  When people have said there are good witches and bad witches to me, I have simply replied so then you’re saying there is a good Satan and a bad Satan then right?  Those people look at you with “deer in the headlights” glaze and then realize good or bad this is the same.

So can witches really call forth some spirit from beyond?  Yes, but the spirit is a demonic spirit posing as a helpful and kind spirit thus to deceive.   Can witches cast spells?  Absolutely and these are actually curses which not only affect them, but can affect others much like Voodoo, since that craft too is a form of Witchcraft.  Do witches always perform rituals in the nude?  Some “ceremonial” aspects involve being nude called ‘skyclad’ which is more designed for gathering more power from the source they want.  The naked body is to represent truth and this truth goes deeper than social custom. The naked body is a sign that a Witch's loyalty is to the truth before any ideology or any comforting illusions.

So what is the fascination regarding witchcraft?  Well popular culture and a satiated appetite for sexualized supernatural characters is popular.  There was a time when witches, witchcraft and general feminine maleficium (malevolent sorcery) held a prominent place in our hearts.  I personally believe this desire to be in Witchcraft is to be a result of personal empowerment.

The collective obsession with witches has been exaggerated over the years thanks to the literature, film and television shows that gave us the Weird Sisters, the Wicked Witch of the West and Sabrina the Teenage Witch along with other shows.  Whether we feared them, envied them or were utterly enchanted by them, witches have held the attention of readers and cinema viewers.

The art world has certainly played a role over the last few centuries too, amping up our fear and infatuation with wicked women with an indissoluble fascination with the phenomenon of witches. Art history anthologies are filled with images of female characters endowed with magical, sometimes malevolent abilities, echoing the general long-lasting cultural obsession of these characters.

If you did not know, Wicca is an official, legal religion in the U.S., and a fast-growing one at that. Judges have ruled that witches must be allowed to lead prayers at local government meetings, and that Wiccan convicts must be provided with requested “sacred objects” so they can perform spells in their cells. Witches in the armed services have even formed covens and routinely “worship” on U.S. military bases.

How did this happen – and why?  Simple – Continue to remove God out of our lives from the Government on down to each of our own lives.  That’s how!

Witchcraft, sorcery, magic and idol worship have been around since the earliest days of man.  This does indeed, pre-date Christianity as we know it today – just as their practitioners certainly like to point this out with great pride.  I wonder who had PRIDE in them and fell from Heaven above? Sadly, they do not pre-date the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob – the one who created the universe and all that is.  They are, in fact, part of the rebellion against Him and His laws.

So why is this occurring then?  Unfortunately as more and more people turn from God and living according to the rules God has governed, witchcraft offers ways to bend these rules so to speak by changing outcomes.  I would say the attributes for why this is occurring is because of several aspects:

1. Humans like power – witchcraft offers a person to become empowered.

2. Humans like rituals and traditions – witchcraft offers ancient aspects.

3. Humans like mystery – witchcraft offers a mysterious and legitimate experiences.

Now the interesting aspect to the ploy of witchcraft is this.  Witchcraft says this – do as thou will, and harm no one”.  They believe that chanting and spell casting is akin to prayers to influence the will of others.  This is in direct violation of God for it is the will of God that is to be done.

Witchcraft states we don’t do evil with our powers ‘that is the black witchcraft that does this and we are white witches’.  Once again a bad Satan vs. a good Satan the logic does not appear to be true.  They say they won’t do evil because it comes back 3 fold. This is not a deterrent from them at all.  The issue is spell casting to control the will of someone else – violates doing the will of God.

Witchcraft also states we don’t do evil with our power.  What that is really saying is we can do it but we just choose not to do that.  So the question becomes what deity would give them a choice to do evil or good?  God the Father clearly states we are to do his HOLY and righteous will while on earth.  See the contrast here?

Witchcraft worships the nature aspect.  So therefore since nature is able to heal itself then we might as well stop all environmental projects and hazards because nature can heal itself due to the power that it possesses.   Once again a false claim they hold and have bought into.

Witchcraft and wiccans feel this is the most discriminated against religion.  They constantly go against Christians because they feel they are experiencing harsh and extreme harassment and gives them a martyr appeal to their cause and voice.  When in truth Christians have been the ones harassed and destroyed more than ANY other religion.

Bottom line is this, do you feel witchcraft is okay to do and partake as well?  Understand you are playing and giving permission to diabolic forces to have you.  It will be a matter of time before that pendulum has swung so to speak against thee…Then what will thee do?  Something those who are in this ‘darkness’ truly need to ponder…

Blessings…

God Can Minister To Us In Dreams...But Can Satan And His Demons Influence Us While We Dream?

The Bible says God speaks through the dream, and we have about 50 dreams in the Bible proving this. My experience also confirms this.his topic has been discussed hundred times over along with the feelings of many that demons can come to you in your dreams and physically harm one.  I'll keep it brief and it's just my humble opinion from A biblical point of view. The bible has examples of God speaking to people in dreams and telling us he will speak through dreams. The following are some examples.

And they replied "we both had dreams but no one can tell us what they mean.”
“Interpreting dreams is God’s business,” Joseph replied.
“Go ahead and tell me your dreams"

"Yet they will by no means follow a stranger, but will flee from him, for they do not know the voice of strangers."

Freud once opined that dreams are the "royal road to the unconscious." That road, my friend, is a public conveyance. Incubi and succubi wait around for a hackney-cab to your hallucinations, and, once inside, can roam the streets with impunity, like vandals sacking Rome, like Michigan fans after the Rose Bowl. I feel saying some kind of protection prayer from this possible phenomenon after your initial prayers.

Interpreting dreams

Some people feel dreams usually need interpretation unless an angel is involved where God would be giving us a direct instruction.

If you really truly in your heart of hearts feel you have heard from God, does not mean everyone will welcome your dream. In fact the contrary is true. Your dream will be opposed just like Joseph’s and Jesus’ and Nehemiah’s or Paul’s. However this should not stop you from sharing if someone happens to come to you with questions about the Bible or the proper opportunity arises where you could maybe speak about it. But you never be embarrassed or deny Jesus Christ or God The Father if you are a believer!! Never deny that to anybody! I don't care if it's the president of the United States. The Gospel says it "if you deny me to man I will deny you to the Father".  You will not be in the book of life. If you know your dream is from God, hold on to it, pray it back to God when the storms and wind come storming in. The brothers of Joseph conspired against him. They threw him into the pit sold him into slavery and he ended up in Potiphar’s house as a servant. It was as if his dream bought and brought him trouble.

"For in many dreams and in many words there is emptiness. Rather, fear God." "And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth  it.  For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry."
Habakkuk 2:2-3 (KJV)

Genesis 40:8 (NLT) Jacob Dreamed
11 Then the Angel of God spoke to me in a dream, saying, 'Jacob.' And I said, 'Here I am.'24 But God had come to Laban the Syrian in a dream by night, and said to him, "Be careful that you speak to Jacob neither good nor bad."
Gen 31:11,24

Genesis 28
12 Then he dreamed, and behold, a ladder was set up on the earth, and its top reached to heaven; and there the angels of God were ascending and descending on it.

"And the Lord said to them, “Now listen to what I say: “If there were prophets among you,I, the Lord, would reveal myself in visions. I would speak to them in dreams."
Numbers 12:6 (NLT)

"He speaks in dreams, in visions of the night, when deep sleep falls on people as they lie in their beds." Job 33:15 (NLT)

"And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams" Acts 2:17

What I do is keep a pen and paper next to my bed to take notes of any odd dreams so I can remember them because many people, and I am among them tend to forget what they have dreamed the longer they are awake. What took place seems to fade rather quickly upon waking up from these. I'm not sure why that happens. Could be a number of reasons for this but if you write down some notes upon waking that will really up possibly in understanding what exactly took place in the dreams you are having.

What is the difference between a dream and a vision? In my humble opinion is a dream is a story communicated in picture that takes place when you are asleep. A vision is when you are awake and see reality part and are either watching or end up participating in it as John did in the book of Revelation. Both can have similarities, though the visions oftentimes appear more symbolic. But we all have our own feelings on this subject.

God can be everywhere at the same time. Satan cannot be everywhere at the same time. Since Satan was booted out of heaven, there has been a fight for dominion. Satan tries to accomplish his goal of dominion of your life through his demons he sends forth into our realm to torment us. Satan however, cannot be everywhere at the same time.

The enemy sends forth and assigns his demons or demonic spirits to people, you, your family, your church, cities, denominations, governments, countries, hospitals, institutions, leaders, through music, through television, through drugs, through immoral sex, through perverted sex, through alcohol, etc. In very simple terms, God represents the light or the good and satan represent the dark or the bad. Just as God and His Holy Spirit is active daily, so is satan and his demons or demonic forces and principalities.

The Ransom Was Paid

By Reverend Mark Hunnemann

"For God so loved the world, that He gave His only Son,that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16)

"For even the Son of Man came not to be served but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many." (Mark 19:45)

"...you were ransomed from the futile ways inherited from your forefathers, not with perishable things like silver or gold, but with the precious blood of Christ, like that of a lamb without blemish or spot." (1 Peter 1:18-19)

Only God knows exactly the full price of the ransom that was paid....

On the one hand, Christ paying the ransom price to liberate us from enslavement to sin, Satan, and death (which is the heart of the gospel) is the ugliest, most obscene act ever committed. The infinitely pure, precious, and morally beautiful Lord of glory was brutally beaten and shamefully murdered--and that is just the tip if the iceberg, as we shall see.On the other hand, the self-humiliation involved in this Ransom was the most beautiful act of love ever committed.

Some folks have this notion that Jesus was the one who persuaded the reluctant Father to "let" Him come and  save us.You know, the "mean/vengeful" God the Father of the Old Testament..... No! Who sent the Son? According to John 3:16 the Father did! "God (the Father) so loved the world  that He SENT..."

In John 17,  from eternity past, God the Father and God the Son joyfully agreed between them that the Father would give the Son a gift......a gift the Lord Jesus eagerly anticipated--A Bride!

But "curious" gift....His Son would have to pay for it...and what a price indeed.(Please see vvs 2,6,9,12 for wonderful truth of the Father giving the Son a gift!)

They agreed that Jesus would pay the ransom for those who hated them. This is holy ground upon which we now stand, and I pray for the words to express such indescribability.

Ransom, as defined in my dictionary, "something paid or demanded for the freedom of a captured person...to free from captivity or punishment by paying a price." The Exodus from enslavement in Egypt is a picture of the Greater Exodus--where the ransom is paid to liberate us from bondage to sin, Satan, and death.

Scripture repeatedly speaks of us being sold into slavery to sin, Satan, and death. Starting in Genesis 3 (where all 3 are introduced) to Revelation, we see God dealing with that triad of captors, and overcoming all three.

Before we talk about WHAT was paid, let us look for a moment to WHOM the ransom was paid. A number of early church fathers, and up through the medieval times, many thought that the ransom was paid by God to Satan.  The so-called "Ransom to Satan theory of the atonement", was based on the notion that the death of Christ constituted a ransom paid to Satan, in order to cancel the just claims Satan had on man.

How awful!! Thankfully, Anselm and others saw how incongruous this notion was with the bible and the nature of God. The clarity of thinking and teaching of Luther and Calvin rediscovered the pure gospel after the gospel itself was in chains for 1,000 years. Satan was to be pummeled, not paid, in this grandest of ransoms.God is the Creator of the entire cosmos and its owner and sustainer. God, not the Evil One, is the aggrieved party, who owns all...and God is the One that we have committed cosmic treason against.

That God did not provide a ransom for fallen angels, as He has for fallen humans, surely indicates that His redemption of us was/is entirely of grace and mercy (grace--receiving what we do not deserve,  mercy--NOT receiving what we do deserve, eternal damnation) Both God's love and justice are at the heart of His ransom of us. In .Deuteronomy 9 Yahweh reminds us that His choosing of Israel was entirely gracious. And He loves us, not because of any good He saw in us (we were  His enemies Rom. 5:8)) but because He chose to love us. Why? Because He loves us. Why? Because He freely chose to love us....we cannot go back any further! We can only bow before the Lord in worship.

However, once the Holy Lord freely chose to redeem and save us,He faced a divine dilemma  His nature NECESSITATED the shedding of His infinitely precious blood. That is, I say with respect, God was faced with a dilemma--He is all-powerful but that does not mean He can do everything. He cannot just wink at sin. His perfectly holy nature  made the atonement absolutely necessary...there was no other way. Don't you think He would have done so if it were possible, given the horror and dread Jesus felt in the garden, in anticipation of the unspeakable horror of the cross?.

Perhaps you have heard the phrase, "a kings ransom."  Simply a colorful way of referring to a whole lot of money! But suppose a king had been taken hostage. The more power, authority, and dignity the person has, then the higher will be the ransom price for his release. Thus, a kings ransom is required to pay the ransom of a king. Jesus is the King of Kings, and Lord of Lords...the God/man.We sinned against the King of Kings, and the blood of goats and bulls would not suffice.

THE RANSOM WAS PAID FOR US, and it WAS PAID BY GOD, AND IT WAS PAID TO GOD.  He wrote the check to Himself, as it were. What does that mean? In order to free us from bondage, He had to pay the penalty FOR US....TO GOD.  .Jesus' life, death, resurrection and ascension paid the ransom, which He did not owe, and which we could not pay.

What kind of "currency" did God use to ransom us?

1. Jesus lived a perfect life FOR US...He paid the ransom by earning heaven for us.
2. He paid the ransom by taking our sins upon Himself
3. The most costly aspect of the cross/ransom is what is often misunderstood the most....the primary ransom that had to be paid was the punishment for all the sins committed by all of God's people. While on the cross bearing our sin, the unmitigated wrath of the Father was poured out upon His dearly beloved Son. Human language is inadequate to adequately covey the cursed, hellish misery Jesus experienced FOR US, as our substitute. He paid in currency we shall never fully understand.

The Father punishing the Son to satisfy the demands of His holy character and holy law, is known as "propitiation"...a word every Christian should know. hilasterion--in the Greek, conveys this pacifying of God's wrath by pouring it out upon His Son. Remember it is TO GOD that our ransom must be paid--He was the party offended against, and we became slaves. We could put the propitiation, and how it relates to our ransom, this way...

God Himself, punishing Himself, in order to save us from Himself. (That is the heart of the ransom paid for us)

The cross saved us from many things--GOD'S WRATH BEING THE WORSE.

God Almighty could not have given anything more precious or costly to Himself, than what He did give, in the propitiatory death of the Lord of Glory. He gave His Son to be a "burnt offering"..He gave EVERYTHING....paid the ultimate king's ransom.

The ransom was exceedingly high...infinitely higher than any ransom ever paid by man. Captivity to sin, Satan, and death was paid for by the infinitely precious blood of the Lamb of God. The true price that was paid is known only to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

That is crux of why we must confront and oppose this notion of ghosts. The captors were specifically targeted.(sin, Satan, and death)...then the full ransom price was paid.--FOR EACH OF GOD'S CHILDREN. Is it not unthinkable that after the Lord paid such a high ransom to defeat death, we turn around and act as if nothing had happened? Death is supposed to usher us into the  immediate presence of God--that was the intention in  paying the ransom...that we would be reconciled with God.
"...through death He might destroy the one who has the power of death, that is, the devil, and deliver those who fear of death were subject to lifelong slavery." (Heb. 2:14-15)

"Then Death and Hades were thrown into the lake of fire." (Rev. 20:14)
"The last enemy to be destroyed is death." (1 Cor. 15:26)

Physical death is the common lot for believers too, but it is transformed from being the "king of terrors" into being the gateway into the presence and rest of God. Physical death is abnormal, as it is the result of the fall. Like sin and Satan, believers still have to struggle with it, but as we breathe our last breath, we are done with the presence of sin, Satan and death. What God intended to be anticipated as the hope of certain reunion with Him, has been corrupted into an ongoing monster...as if the ransom had never been paid. What a wretched idea this notion of ghosts is. It belittles and denies the blood soaked Ransomer and His infinitely precious Ransom.

You've heard the truism, "You get what you pay for." The blood of Jesus is infinitely precious. Thus, we have throughout the bible, the centrality and certainty of hope. However, the notion of ghosts is a hope-killer.It belittles the heart of the gospel itself. It is a negation of the perfection of the Atoner and the atonement.

What will it take for us to take notice and make a stand? It was the realization of how "trapped spirits" threw into doubt the perfection of the atonement (the ransom did not accomplish our liberation from death) that, more than anything else, opened my eyes to how seriously dangerous this notion is...and how grievous it must be to the Holy Spirit--and why we must confront it. Thank you Lord for paying the ransom to free us from bondage to sin, Satan, and the grave.

"Seeing Ghosts through God's Eyes" (also in a Kindle edition)...please consider purchasing my book which uses science, logic, and the bible to analyze the true source of power behind paranormal activity.

The Coming Storm

BY V.K. Bronz

In the last twenty five years the Lord has given me several prophecies regarding what is to come to the United States. If I am to keep to my limitations of this article I can only share a portion of them. I feel now is the time to begin to share these verifiable stories.

I was in Virginia in a very small, (Only a post office) town. I went into my usual prayer spot; the bathroom, because it was so perfectly dark. I was on my knees interceding for the U.S. crying out for mercy, begging for mercy, over the garden tub at the back of the room when I had a vision of a mountain with a dark cloud on the top of it, and heard the voice of God the Father speak.

Now the room was totally dark so seeing a mountain with a dark cloud was strange and I had never thought about there being a difference between the voice of the Lord and of the Father but there is. The voice of the Father shook me to my core and I literally found myself at the front of the bathroom against the wall, don’t know how. But here is what the Father said: “My dear child, my Judgment IS my mercy”. I knew immediately what he meant and began to cry out for his judgment to come, tears streaming down my face; come and cleanse the land washing it of the innocent blood, the horrible sin that you could once again walk amongst us. Once again the land would be blessed.

After this time of prayer I was so touched by the intensity of God I was in bed for three days sick.

Back in 1989 the Lord had set me and my children in a house in the woods for a time of intercession. I did not realize it at the time because I have never been a political person; I centered my prayer life on people.

The intercession for the United States began; it was everyday hours a day, for a period of eight months. I began to see fences down everywhere on the 80 acres we were living on and everywhere I went. Day after day I saw fences down and realized the Lord was showing me our-the U.S.’s fences down. I cried out and cried out it seemed to no avail. The intercession became so intense at one point I felt the presence of the Lord leaving. I was almost hysterical, “please Lord don’t leave me” “you have promised Lord to not leave me or forsake me, please Lord” I cried. It was so intense I pulled a muscle in my stomach. And of course the Lord was talking about the U.S. not me personally but it felt like me.

I was so horrified; I knew the darkness that would come. I cried and cried if judgments must come please Lord let it be from your merciful hand and not our enemies. Please Lord.

In the first week of January I had a dream, I saw Peter standing weeping; he had just rejected the Lord. I heard the Lord say; “my people think they are filled with the Holy Spirit but they are not. They will not be able to stand what is to come”. I woke up weeping and crying.

The next night I had another dream: I saw a log cabin in a huge field and off in the distance was a fire coming. I ran out into the field of wheat to hide with all the children I had with me. When we ducked down in this little clearing in the field I remember thinking that was stupid to go into a burning wheat field to hide and the wheat had turned to corn with the ears tiny and covered with mold, but as the fire approached it went right overhead without harming us.

A year later to the week (first week of January) I had another dream: I was on the farm I was raised at, In front of me was the house next door which my parents also owned. In this house was a great light and children everywhere; they were even swinging from the chandeliers.  To the right of me was a little man sitting on a stump looking out over the field. I looked up to see what he was looking at and on the edge of the field were four or five huge tornadoes. I had never seen this type before; miles wide and black, not like a funnel. (After living in Oklahoma; I now know these exist) I woke up horrified.

Now for the third year in a row, the first week in January I had another dream; It was the same as above with all the children and the tornadoes and the little man, only this time to the left of me in back of the house was the brick foundation of a big barn and directly to my left was a big gray foggy wall and I could hear my sister and my cousins have a good time saying lets have a party you get the sodas and Ill get the food. I looked over to the little man and he was looking in the field as before only this time the tornadoes were in the field coming straight at us. I turned and screamed into the gray foggy cloud please the storm is here run, run. Please…. I began sobbing they would not hear me and I had to decide to either run into the fog to try to get them or gather the children and go to the firm foundation of the barn. I grabbed the children weeping and sobbing all the way to the foundation. I woke up sobbing and cried for weeks. I knew the United States would suffer 4-5 storms before it would collapse.

The first storm was 9-11, the second was Katrina, and this devastating storm; Sandy was the third, we have one or two left. Please heed the cry of the watchmen, run, run to the safety of our firm foundation in Christ. Run into the arch and close the door, fill your lamps and come to the skirts of the lord and hide as the little chicks run under mummy’s feathers.
