Ghost Hunting and Using the St. Michael Prayer

This blog is inspired from many paranormal teams stating openly to people who are on “Ghost Hunts” to just say the prayer of St. Michael for protection.  However, what those paranormal “Ghost Hunter” type people do not understand is that you’re openly mocking God.  God commands you to NOT contact the dead as you do not understand who it is one is getting communication from.  Then one goes out to violate “his” laws and which those who are openly violating these laws pronounce words to an Angel and expect the Angel or God to protect them.

So do you know how the St. Michael prayer truly came about?  Many of you do not understand how and why this came about, but some state this openly in dealing with the paranormal aspects.  Therefore I am going to assist you in learning about this very specific prayer.  At the end of this blog you will understand much more and why reverence is required and not done in a mocking manner as when one is promoting falseness.

Here is how this prayer came about.  Exactly 33 years to the day prior to the great Miracle of the Sun in Fatima, which was on October 13, 1884, Pope Leo XIII had a remarkable vision. When the Pope had finished celebrating a mass in his private Vatican Chapel, which was attended by a few Cardinals and members of the Vatican staff, he suddenly stopped at the foot of the altar.

The Pope stood at the altar for about 10 minutes, as if in a trance, his face ashen white. Then, going immediately from the Chapel to his office, he composed the prayer to St. Michael.  This prayer had instructions which it was to be said after all Catholic low masses everywhere.  When those associates asked what had happened, he explained that, as he was about to leave the foot of the altar, he suddenly heard voices - two voices, one kind and gentle, the other guttural and harsh. They seemed to come from near the tabernacle. As he listened, he heard the following conversation:

The guttural voice heard, the voice (implied) of Satan in his pride, boasted to Our Lord: "I can destroy your Church."  The gentle voice (implied) of Our Lord: "You can? Then go ahead and do so Satan." To which Satan responded “To do so, I need more time and more power."  Our Lord responded:  "How much time? How much power Satan?  Satan responded: "75 to 100 years, and a greater power over those who will give themselves over to my service."  Our Lord stated: "You have the time, you will have the power. Do with them what you will."

So examine this event which occurred in 1884.  Satan stated it needed 75 to 100 years to destroy the church.  So if we add 75 years onto 1884 we arrive at the year 1959 and on January 25, 1959, that Pope John XXIII publicly summoned the Second Vatican Council to address relations between Church and the people.

After this vision, Pope Leo XIII immediately wrote the prayer to St. Michael to help humans overcome the devil in the quest to rule.  God the Son has already defeated Satan.  Now, the next question truly to ask is where in the word of God are we commanded to say this prayer?   Where did the Lord God Almighty state this must be done?  Our Lord God gave us the Lord’s Prayer which is far more powerful.  However, realize this –the point I am making is that the subversion possibly started back from this vision.

It is the Pope (man) who instructed that it be said after every low mass in the Catholic Church.  Look at this further, God said to Satan “Do with them what you will”.  This was a ploy from Satan to start to pervert the Church which God had granted permission to do so.  Do you see this?  Why would this man state and then write a prayer to an angel when we are commanded by our Lord God to not pray to the angels.  Even the angels stated do not do this Rev. 22:8-9.

Now examine this further.  The Leonine prayers were eliminated in 1964, the 80th year of what Satan stating it needed 75 - 100 years needed to destroy the Catholic Church.  It would seem that this would be the time to especially say that prayer, not to delete it.  But remember we are not to pray to angels.  Now the 100th year is 1984 and Pope John Paul II had let Satan develop a church that is called Catholic, but is not.

Satan has twisted and distorted the Catholic church teachings so much that there truly is a brand new church, which is a new order (Novus Ordo) and the true church has been reduced in population to a mere shell of what it once was.  The definition of Novus Ordo is short for Novus Ordo Missae, which literally means the "new order of the Mass" or the "new ordinary of the Mass." It is used to refer to the Mass promulgated by Pope Paul VI in 1969 to distinguish it from the Traditional Latin Mass.   Note this point the church will and shall survive:  "That thou art Peter; and upon this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. And behold I am with you all days, even to the consummation of the world." Matt. 16:18 & 28:20.

Now to digest why would those in the paranormal world state or use this prayer when they enter a building or locale for investigation to use the prayer of protection to an Angel is mind boggling.  As we know prayers to Angels are forbidden by God’s word.  Make things worse these individuals are going into this “act” under falseness thinking these are “Ghosts” or “lost souls” of passed on loved ones lingering around.

This is falseness!  Stating this as your prayer because a person is mocking God because they are lifting prayers to an Angel.  This prayer was not meant as a rite for exorcising a particular person but "for general use - to combat the power of the evil spirits over a community or locality” based upon studies of this prayer.  Evil spirits are fallen angels and are not “Ghosts”.

The prayer to Saint Michael that was included in the general exorcism rite is used for combating evil spirits in a locale.  So how can one be engaged in removing forces via stating this prayer in a locale when they are searching for “answers” and asking something to come forward to answer questions?  This is a twisted agenda and mockery.

You cannot serve both light and darkness at the same time.  Any paranormal person doing this prayer act for “protection” is misguided and is guilty of flat out mocking the Holy Trinity.   Why?  You are purposely seeking “answers” under a hidden agenda of wanting to help people instead of casting out the forces from the locale you are in.  Nothing to investigate when it comes to why Demons are in a locale!

God’s Blessings.

Necromancy

Necromancy is a very dangerous practice that many people commit and they do not even realize they do this.  According to Wikipedia, Necromancy is pronounced as well as defined for the following: /ˈnɛkrɵˌmænsi/ or nigromancy is a form of magic involving communication with the deceased – either by summoning their spirit as an apparition or raising them bodily – for the purpose of divination, imparting the means to foretell future events or discover hidden knowledge, or to use the deceased as a weapon, as the term may sometimes be used in a more general sense to refer to black magic or witchcraft.

From our previous blogs we have hinted at how dangerous this act is.  My blog “Go into the Light”, we briefly discussed this aspect of communication in the paranormal community.  This blog will cover this aspect fully and explain why this is very dangerous to commit in searching for answers to the afterlife.  Now many of you reading this blog may disagree with what I am about to say, however if it aligns with the bible then it is the truth.  Calling forth the spirits of a dead person whomever they might be is detestable to GOD.

From viewing any paranormal page found in our society on one social forum such as Facebook we find time and time again these paranormal teams doing the very act that GOD detests.  For doing these acts these paranormal teams subject not only themselves to the wrath of GOD, but the very people whom they are trying to help as well.

What do you mean GOD’s wrath?  Why would these very people receive the wrath of GOD?  I will explain this fully as we go further.  These paranormal teams will state “We are here to help these people get answers as to what is causing all this activity.”  While that might be the truthful intention of these investigators, the procedures used are detestable.

As we have blogged in the past, (Demons not Ghosts) these are the Fallen Angels who are posing as Ghosts to get a person to interact with them, thus by interacting with them (not Exorcism which is different) a person is subjecting themselves to Necromancy which GOD detests.

Multiple paranormal pages show these people stating to “come forward and speak to this device”, “tell me who is here”, “how many of you are here”, “are you a good or bad spirit” and so on and so forth.  All of these phrases and others not stated refer to this invitation for those to come forward are acts of Necromancy.  Let us go back and review this earlier Wikipedia statement which says this act is “a form of magic involving communication with the deceased – either by summoning their spirit as an apparition or raising them bodily.”  The key to this phrase is communication with the deceased.

Now many teams do not command a full body to appear, however they will command those spirits to come forward and communicate, thus necromancy is committed.  Some of these groups though do command full apparitions to appear or to harm them in a manner.  Thus necromancy has just occurred in both scenarios.  I am not here to outright bash these paranormal groups, but to state that what they are doing is very wrong and very dangerous.  GOD will not protect you no matter what you think!

According to the holy bible recorded in Leviticus 19:31 KJV “Regard not them that have familiar spirits, neither seek after wizards, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God.”  Now just because a person may not be an actual Wizard or Witch but we are commanded to not communicate with familiar spirits.  For we know now that according to Leviticus you hear a warning from GOD himself concerning such practices. These practices will defile you!  This is a form of spiritism under the necromancy headline.

Clear testimony of the Holy Scriptures and the Bible, that spiritism is the masquerading of demonic forces.  Those who pretend to be departed spirits with the intent of deceiving, is done through the power of Satan.  Sadly, those who are foolish enough to believe the testimony of demons in preference to the authority of the Word of GOD are in trouble.

Spiritism is altogether contrary to the Word of GOD and is detestable in the sight of GOD.  According to Leviticus 20:6 KJV “And the soul that turneth after such as have familiar spirits, and after wizards, to go a whoring after them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people.”  Because of GOD having great love and mercy, he forgives the sins of all those who truly repent of their sins and put their trust in Jesus for eternal life (refer to Acts 2:38; 16:31; Romans 6:23.)

Calling the spirit of a dead person is a process to call upon and by so doing this spirit is expected to respond as if they are still alive.  In the Bible we have a case where Saul the King hired a witch (from Endor) to call up Samuel by familiar spirit (refer to 1 Samuel 28:7-14 KJV).  This act certainly caused the body of Samuel to be returned to the dust to fulfill the curse on man when the first man sinned (refer to Genesis 3:19 KJV).

We need to realize what GOD wants us to be while on earth and then thereafter. The bible states in Hebrews 9:28 KJV "And it is appointed unto man once to die, but after this the judgment.”  GOD has never given a room for man to die, then be buried, to thus decay and then to come back to life so to speak.

The only time that GOD has returned the dead to life was to fulfill prophecy and to show the works of his Son Jesus after the resurrection as this was a special case and cause.  In Matthew 27:50-53 KJV we find “And Jesus cried out again with a loud voice, and yielded up His spirit.  And behold, the veil of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom; and the earth shook and the rocks were split. The tombs were opened, and many bodies of the saints who had fallen asleep were raised; and coming out of the tombs after His resurrection they entered the holy city and appeared to many.”

Therefore, understand that calling any spirit of a dead person forward is not biblical and it has nothing good to offer to our faith.  Actually the fact is this is demonic. Those who practice such acts are considered unbelievers. The bible tells us of the portion of those who would not believe and continue to indulge in such acts will receive the lake of Fire (refer Revelation 21:8 KJV).

Likewise, as our world rapidly approaches the final times according to the bible, many catastrophic events await us.  Most people disregard the abundant warnings and advice GOD has given concerning the end.  Instead of believing GOD, they choose to believe the scientists and familiar spirits, who proclaim a more credible report. In this they make a fatal error.

Will Paranormal Teams Ever Learn?

By Chris Baricko

I wrote a blog a while ago about how some teams and groups do not take the paranormal seriously.

In the last few months is has gotten even worse and people are wondering why it's don't get taken seriously anymore.

Lets start with stupid photos of the group on investigations. I have seen so many lately it is unreal. A few of groups are taking photos posing in a client's house with childish faces and just plain dumb. I said that is very unprofessional and not a good idea. Some people got upset and said so what. Well I did say you never know who the client is or knows. I got a call from a client asking for our help as they were not happy with the previous group who came out.

Here is what they told me. It has been over a month and the group has yet to get back to them with anything. So they decided to look at there home security system from the date the group was there. Well guess what. They seen them acting foolish, Taking  photos of themselves and on their phones during the investigation. They looked at the group's Facebook page and noticed the group was posting updates of the investigation. This got them upset. They also noticed the group posted they were doing an investigation. They did not say where just they were. They asked me was this common.?

Here was my reply. We never post anywhere when we have or are going on a investigation. Some groups feel there is a need. I call it the look at us we do go on investigations. The reason we do not is that most clients want to be discreet. I said unless we are at a public location we will not post any updates on Facebook, as once again there is no reason. As far as photos we will only take one of a team member if they say they feel something around them. We will not do any poses.  There are also groups or people new to the field who think they know more than they do cause they watch TV. In my opinion if you have under 10 years in the field you're new. If a group or person shows up with a duffle bag and limited equipment start asking questions.

The more respected groups will show up with cases of equipment and a table to place the equipment on. She told me they had very little equipment but told her they been around. There is nothing wrong with not having everything as we all know it costs money. But if they been around as long as they claim they should have everything other groups do.

And if they start telling you right away they think something evil or demonic is there, just ask them to leave. It is so rare I only ran into it once in over 25 years. It just seems to be the in thing today to call everything evil.

They brought up some very valid questions. How did they have time to keep posting on Facebook but not get back to them? What was the reason to take photos?

The groups or people who think it is ok to be childish at investigations reflects on us all. I am not saying there is anything wrong with having a good time or joking around on investigations, but keep it amongst the team--and off Facebook. There is no reason or room for it at a private home. It should not take longer than 2 weeks to get back client period. We have a 1 week policy.

This is just advice but when groups stop getting calls from private homes for investigations and public locations don't answer them back don't wonder why.  I am not telling anyone how to act or do there investigations but when things dry up you will only have your self's to blame. There is enough drama in this field already we do not need groups acting  kids adding to it.

There are many groups doing great things, respectable things. Helping to raise money for great causes that is great. We need more groups like that rather than the other.
