Dreams and the Supernatural

By Lisa Grace

The word "dream" appears in the KJV 74 times in 61 verses from the book of Genesis all the way through Acts.

God came in dreams, the angel of the Lord came as His messenger, and the angel of God came as a messenger too. ( some examples: Gen 31:11, Matthew 2:12, Matthew 2:19, Dan 4:18)

Some of the dreams were immediately understood, but other times the dream needed interpretation by a man of God.

Why would God use dreams to communicate to man?
In Bible times, much faith was put in dreams. Many Kings employed astrologers, mediums, and those who could interpret dreams. In other words, Kings listened to dreams and their interpretations. They couldn't argue with their dreams. They might kill the messenger, especially if they thought the interpretation was wrong.

And how did they know if the interpretation was wrong or right?
The same way they knew they were supposed to figure the dream out, that it was a form of communication from God; their conscience told them.

How else does God say He will communicate with man in the latter days?
In Joel 2:28 & in Acts 2:17 KJV: And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

So it specifically mentions prophecy, dreams, and visions.

How do we know God exists?
Hint: It's the same mechanism that lets people know they have had a dream from God.
In the book of Romans is a very interesting verse. Chapter 1: 19 (NKJV) "since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them."

This verse makes it very clear that every human knows innately there is a God. Elsewhere in the Bible is the phrase Rom 2:15 KJV: Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;
and another: 2CR 3:2 KJV: Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men.
Since God uses dreams as a way to deliver messages, these dreams can be thought to be supernatural. You will know when a dream is from God because He will reveal it as so.

Why would God uses dreams to communicate?
It's a direct line of communication. Dreams can also include "visions." Sometimes it's easier to understand something we "see" rather than just hearing.

The evil angels cannot stop a dream. They can however, give false information as they appear as ghosts (which don't exist), or an angel of light in order to deceive, and give false theology through mediums or those who communicate with supernatural beings.

Evil angels are not all knowing and cannot be everywhere at once.

You can see why it makes sense for God to communicate in this way once you understand that other forms of communication are most often not from God, but from his enemies who want to lull humans with a false sense of security in an "anything-goes" "everyone passes-into-the-light" false theology of the after-life.

Do not be deceived is a warning given throughout the Scriptures. Read your Bible. Issue 136 – Paranormal Craziness [Para-Crazies] on the Loose!

By Kirby Robinson

Listen to tonight’s radio show REALISTIC OR FAKE? A REVIEW OF THE CURRENT CROP OF PARA-REALITY SHOWS. [7 PST/ 10 EST]

Yes, we have a normal week happening in the paranormal field. In fact, it's so normal it's easy to let things slip by unnoticed. At the Eye on the Paranormal, we don't let things slip by us – we see it all.

This Manhattan Psychic Lost Her Rocks!

Betty Vlado, an Upper East Side psychic, has clearly lost her rocks! She wants clients to use moon rocks to cleanse those black auras! Glad the law stepped in and put a stop to it.

Florida Psychic Rose Marks Cheated Clients out of $25,000,000. She Faces 20 Years in Prison

Another Fake Psychic -- Christina George

Christina George knows less about the paranormal than she claims. Her profile offers the same fluff and puff that most do. She claims to be psychic but offers no proof. She claims to be an expert in many areas of the new age. There is no value in that as those former new age teachers used to say, "Fake it till you make it. Incidentally, that’s where Paula White got it.

Her most troubling claim is that she can help others with the gift. Again, this is the type of false claim that Chip Coffey bragged about in his shameful show, Psychic Kids: Children of the Paranormal. Where is the training? Is she licensed in the state of California? To be selling mental health advice risks the mental health of others, and is not something to be taken lightly.

These actions taken by other para celebs like The Haunted Collector's John Zaffis concerns us greatly. The following was posted at Worst Paranormal.

Scammed by investigator Christina George Psychic and Paranormal Research Society

Christina came to our home because we were having paranormal problems.  She said that she could help us and get rid of the spirits that were causing the problems.  While at our home, she saw two figurines that she said had bad spirits attached to them.  We discussed them with her and even told her that we had been told that they were valued at $65,000.00 or more each.  She said that our problems would not stop until they were out of our home.  She convinced us to give them to her so that she could take them to UC Davis and have them put on display in their anthropology department.  She said that we would have one year to take them back or they would become property of the university.  We had her sign a contract this this effect. About 6 months later, we found out that she had not given them to the university, but instead had kept them at her home.  When we asked for them back, she told us that she had sent them to John Zaffis to keep in his museum.  We had not agreed to this.  When she came again to our home with her team to do a cleansing, she told us that she had lied to us about sending them to John when she said she did but had indeed "lied" to us.  She then said that she sent them to him just the day before her team came to our home.  We believe that she probably sold them and pocketed the money.

Also, while her team was here, she asked if we had any other old, valuable items like jewelry, old coins, etc.  Why would she want to know this, so she could steal something else from us?

I have been in contact with John Zaffis and he says that he still has not received them.  I have been forced to file a theft report with local law enforcement to attempt to recover them.  Christina refuses to return any calls from the Deputy.  She has also stated on Facebook, and I have copies to prove this, that; "No way in hell am I going to give them back". Further more, some of her "friends" have offered to destroy the figurines and also have made threats to our safety.

Later that day, Christina George posted repeatedly that she was spotless of blame and even placed the blame on her client. In criminology, you'll learn that a truly innocent person simply says they are innocent. You'll notice that wasn't done. However, a guilty person will spend hours protesting their innocence.

It's bad enough that the items were removed from the home. But what's worse, and this goes out to everyone that copies John Zaffis, is that you don't need to remove the item[s]. You cleanse it of anything that's attached to it. This is done by binding or removing the spirit by using the name above all names—Jesus Christ. It's actually that simple.

We know this is hard for some to take, but the power of Christ trumps everything—especially fake para-celebs.

Next week – there will be more para-crazies to report on.
